“This location is smaller than the Campbell location, but has the same great customer service and friendly, very helpful staff found at every P.F.E. I've been to. Additionally, we've been taking our dogs to use the self serve dog bath stations here for years. The staff here have always been very helpful whenever we needed assistance with the baths, towels, and when we needed to find certain treats or other dog products.Pet Food Express routinely has the best quality food products for our picky, very well cared for German Shepherd (and previously our collie as well). We always come here for the Rawbble.”
“Every time I visit this store to purchase food and treats for my dog I am greeted by someone helpful, patient and kind. Today Heather was absolutely wonderful and took the time to provide a free nutritional consultation for my dog who is having allergies related to strictly food. I can’t say enough for how grateful I am for this store and the friendly employees who go above and beyond for the customer! Thank you Heather!”

“Bought both a Baby Brooks Kingsnake and Cinnamon Ball Python here about a year ago, excellent genetics, Better selection of products and prices than other mom and pop shops.Random addition..... not sure why so many people compare mom and pop shops to the big box stores, they are on different levels. Different types of business etc.”
“This is the best place for gourmet cat treats! We got a ton of freeze dried treats for my cats and they loved it (chicken giblets, mussels and rabbit). It was so refreshing to see a pet store with so much to offer for cats since places are mostly catered for dogs. It also happened to be my cats birthday when we stumbled upon the boutique and got to buy him a custom birthday hat!! Definitely will be coming back”

They carry local cat grass, the fancy dry food our Siamese requires, and the wet food that has become the only way he will take the medicine we need to give him. The experience here definitely made my dogs tail wag for his birthday.I called the morning before my puppy's first birthday inquiring on a cake or dog birthday treats, and I came in after work and the delivery of cakes came in- perfect timing.The lady who helped me greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was shopping for my dog's birthday and she remembered me from the phone.She was super friendly and let me browse through all the cakes till i found what I wanted. I then took a browse throughout the store for gifts. The store is small, but organized. Upon checking out, she mentioned that she would put together a birthday bag for my dog, and the gentleman working there put it together. I was stunned with all the goodies they gave me. Toys and treats to add to my puppy's birthday, as well as a coupon for future purchases.My pup will be so happy, and they made me happy that I could give so much for my puppy's first birthday.DEFINITELY recommend coming here. “One of the best places in the bay to get feed for barn animals, and also some specialty too ( I saw gorilla/ape when I was walking around). I usually get chicken and goat feed here, and the prices are great. Staff is always super helpful, there also a cute cat to play with too”

“Trim is the best grooming service in the South Bay! I have been going to them for almost years. They have always handled my dog with care, are very professional, timely, communicative, and they run a very clean shop!They make fantastic edible treats and meals for dogs! We always get the yam cookies and chicken jerky strips and my dog cant get enough of them.I highly recommend trying their services and buying their products for your furry family. ♥️”
“As far as the Petco store goes, I think this one is the best. The service partners at the front desk/cashier are always friendly. I want to give a big shoutout to the grooming service folks though. In particular, Teyerra usually takes care of my dog and she does a very good job and adores my big goofy dog. Highly recommend this store especially their glooming service!!!”

“We have a Golden Retriever and a standard Labradoodle that we bring here for the grooming. We follow our groomer, Vicky, wherever she is. She is the BEST and our dogs LOVE her. Coco has extreme separation anxiety when apart from Bella and he is better there they do their best to accommodate him and relieve his stress. They are so kind and understanding. Not to mention both dogs come home looking fabulous and happy. Highly recommend this location.”
“Dr. Jessie Haestad is absolutely amazing. My pup has been treated at a couple other clinics in the area and Dr. Haestad has done more for my pup in a just a couple of weeks than other vets did in a year. She also has a warm & lovely demeanor. With her, my pup is in the best of hands.”

“Not sure why the negative reviews, but I have cats and dogs, so am a regular, and every single one of visit has been positive, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the care of the pets and suggest products that are beneficial for my pets, the store is always clean, the pets areas are always been attended to as well! They now an adoption center within the store at the very back, and it's amazing that people can get to adopt these sweet pets!”

“I called this location thirty minutes before closing. The girl who answered my call was very sweet and patient with me. I asked for a stock check After she went to find the item I was asking about she offered to put them on hold for me. I expressed I would cut it close to closing and she didn't even express concern. She even gave me a discount to what their website was offering. Bonus: she spelled my name currently and didn't even ask! She had them ready and waiting for when I walked in the door like this! She was knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions.They have a wide variety of pet foods and pet toys, accessories and beds. There is plenty of parking.
