“It's not often that I will go out of my way to write a review, much less for a UPS store, but yet the service here in the short time I was here left me such an impression. Run more like a mom & pop shop (in the best way possible), I was seen, advised, and taken care of within the few minutes I arrived. Hai (I hope I'm remembering your name right) went out of his way to ensure my package was taken care of.
While the best UPS store is the one open and closest, I'd urge you to consider this store if you're considering at all the service you want to receive. I consider myself lucky to have this one be both.”

“I've been using Express copy and more since I started my business in 2019 - they are my go-to destination for all my copies, business card printing and poster needs! From start to finish, their service has consistently been exceptional. The quality of the printed materials always exceeds my expectations!Every time someone holds our business card, they comment on how solid it feels - we print out cards on velvet stock with UV spot raise designs. Jandark (owner) has great attention to detail and committment to customer satisfaction. They were not only prompt and efficent but also offered valuable advice on design, elavating the overall look of our cards and printings.I also recently used them to print a sign for our photoshoot and it looked great! I would 100% highly recommend this spot!”

“This location offers the latest and most extended hours in the South Bay! A quaint postal outlet that features a one-stop convenience for a variety of mailing services. Great rates on private mailbox rental services, especially for the Sunnyvale area. Specializes in international shipping and receiving. This is truly an old fashioned, independent and heart felt "mom and pops" shop. So don't expect the polished glamour of the faceless corporation style commercial business; and you won't find 3 clueless kids pretending to be working there who can't answer any basic logical questions. (But also be a grownup, and don't be in a huge rush during prime hours, nor be offended by old world price haggling either.)I personally rather do business with independently owned and operated outlets, as I've had enough of the callous faceless corporations lately.”

“This is the best UPS store I have used. Every staff member is welcoming , cheerful, patient as you work through all the various steps to return or mail items.They are very dog friendly, even have a Dog Walk of Fame if every dog that comes to the store, always have dog treats, make time to greet (yes, they know many of our favorite pets by name) the dogs, and offer them treats.We take our dog on his favorite walk ti downtown Saratoga, he always goes ti the UPS Store because he knows that he gets treated royally there. He will wait outside the store for as long as 10 minutes even though the store is closed.The store is part of our community!!”
