“The best service ever! My car fob died just as I was about to start a long distance trip early one morning. The owner tried to open the case, then searched YouTube and finally replaced the dead battery all for the low cost of the battery! He didn’t have to, but seeing I was desperate, he helped because he could. We’ve always come here for our hardware needs before, but after this experience, want to give a shout out for this neighborhood treasure. Thank you.”

“I was looking for some SquareD quad breakers to add a surge protector to my solar PV load center that had all spaces full. Those breakers have been discontinued and are nearly impossible to find since the start of the pandemic. Fortunately, EPC had several suitable models. Unfortunately, the price for that breaker was out of this world. It would have cost less in parts to buy a new larger panel and new breakers. However, with labor rates, it still made sense to pay several times the MSRP for the breaker.”
“I am a project manager for a distributor in Las Vegas. We do large commercial/industrial projects. Any time we need a breaker, hardware kit, or just about anything job related, these guy's are the BEST. Pricing, accuracy, the right product, fast service. The professional knowledge they have there is second to none. Even when UPS screws something up, they go well out of there way to make it right. They run a tight ship there with no B.S. !! I've worked for corrupt and shady breaker houses in the past and these guy's are the direct opposite. They are my go to guy's. Period.”
“The service at Blossom Hardware is excellent. The knowledge of each of the staff is deeply informed by decades of experience in plumbing and hardware stores. I find virtually everything I need to repair and improve my house. And the expertise to get just the right parts and pieces and any tools I need for a given project. The prices are comparable to Home Depot and Lowe's without the drives and the time wasted in aisle looking for the right pieces”

“The ONLY place I take my cylinders, hands down the top hydraulic rebuild service in the bay! There will be unexpected problems with any job in any industry and all we can do is try to minimize these problems and respond accordingly. These guys warranty their work and ALWAYS take care of the customer and work to find a solution. They do a really thorough job, if it leaks again they do it again and go from there but they always take responsibility and put the customer first. I literally cannot be persuaded to take my cylinders anywhere else! You can trust KMD ?”

“I met with Jeff at their showroom and I figured out what we wanted, including coating for the shower doors. His pricing was reasonable after checking a few quotes. I came back with my wife and he was closed but when I called Jeff he returned to the office and met my wife and we placed out order. Very customer oriented. The installers Tarnell and his son Tarnell Jr. were simply outstanding. The installation of our new frameless shower doors took 2 hours. At various times Tarnell showed my wife issues with the installation such as the holes in the existing marble and uneven walls on both sides to make us cognizant of any potential issues. All and all they did a beautiful job. Very clean, courteous and wore masks. Outstanding customer service.”

“When my husband I and finally decided to tackle some repairs to the façade of our home, we decided to get a new front door, as well. I started to look at Google images for what I wanted and promptly found the most obscure mid-century modern "diamond door" of my dreams. Luckily, our most excellent contractor (Ted Tamone) pointed us in the direction of Pacific Doorcraft. When I entered the showroom, I was greeted by Andrew (owner), who quickly became as excited about my vision as I was, and quickly gave me some options for pulling everything together. When I returned to the showroom with my husband to hammer out the details, we met with Ivan, who very patiently explained what would be needed in terms of the type of wood, glass, staining options, and of course, hardware. Ivan was always available for questions and replied to our emails, texts, and phone calls promptly. He even found a way to have the fluted glass cut on the bias, so that it would be vertical, to fit the diamond shape, rather than installed on an angle to fit the square shape, for which I thought we would have to settle. I cannot express how happy we are with our new front door, and with the excellent service we received at Pacific Doorcraft!”
“This store...where do I begin? Open your imagination to include all the many needs you never would have considered possible to be fulfilled by a plastics retailer. Whether it is a display box for memorabilia, a picture frame of museum quality, a replacement part for a boat, clear roofing for a pergola, an All-Gender restroom sign, mold making materials, fiberglass for boat and car repairs, signage displays...I could go on for awhile, still failing to capture the extent of this store's possibilities. The service is fast and it is done professionally. A mistake, while uncommon, is corrected with haste. The price - for the quality, speed, and accuracy (that is, in how they turn what was once only a dream into reality) - is well worth it. TAP is unmatched in the plastic retailer marketplace; no other store can come close.”

“When I go to Home Depot - I can wander around for hours without an employee to assist. My go to is now Outdoor Supply Hardware. Every time I am in the store, at least one employee asks if I need help, which I usually always to. I needed some specialty hardware items and the employee who asked was not familiar with that area. He called over John who is the go to man for hardware. He found everything I needed and stayed with me until I had all the supplies needed for my project. Thank you Outdoor Supply for always putting the customer first!!”
