Deja & Bria are who you want to guide you through finding that perfect piece, whatever it may be. They are so incredibly knowledgeable! They truly listen to your vision (in layman terms) and deliver. I was very uncertain about being able to find the right shade of sapphire and was not expecting to see more than 1 or 2 options. However, upon arriving to my appointment I was shocked that Bria sourced about 6-7 options. The challenge I had next was having too many options! Beyond finding the shade of sapphire I wanted (which is so vibrant, but shockingly unheated btw) I learned so much about sapphires and the process from ethical mining to cutting and classifying. I felt so cared for and had so much fun, overall! I would absolutely recommend!

My fiancé and I had such a fun time working with Deja to design our engagement ring! She sourced beautiful champagne diamonds I was looking for within our budget, put together designs based off of our interests and feedback, and helped my fiancé with choosing a setting and getting the ring ready. She helped us stay close to our budget, was very friendly and attentive, and very generous with the mimosas! So blessed to have her be the first shop we visited. After visiting bigger retailers, we were very happy we made the right choice to work with Deja.

We've been customers of Deja & Co. for a few years now, and that's because she and her staff provide the best high-quality personal service that one could ask for. That may be in part due to it being a small business with a select clientele, but by contrast many other small jewelry businesses are more interested in just completing a specific sale or spending as little time as possible with you. Also, the jewelry they carry tends to be different than what you would find in a chain store or even at other boutiques. So if you are looking for something unique or special it is worth checking out their online inventory or visiting their shop, or asking them for help.

Deja and her team are on point with their care and service. They listen to understand what you are looking for and will make suggestions on what you might like. I love Deja! She and her team always welcome us in with a smile. I first came here about 8 years ago and haven't looked anywhere since. Deja will also take time to give you the background and information on each piece that you purchase. I highly recommend Deja and Co.

...I suggest making the drive to carmel where they feature hand made artisans work. I am not impressed at all. No no no..next!!! Not for someone who truly seeks handcrafted artisan work with soul. Keep looking for the soul. This is all about elitism, not artisan crafted jewelry. I'm sadly disappointed by the caliber of quality from the store. I guess if you're a 'jones' then it's perfect. If you're a connoisseur, keep it moving...on down to eight hundred other jewelers who aren't snobby and spoiled. It kills the romance...and jewelry is about romance. The owner seemed like a total elitist and I felt like my investment in purchasing an engagement band wasn't worth her time. Just arrogant. I left.

Deja helped me custom create a diamond solitaire necklace! She is incredibly kind and knowledgeable about her trade and I felt like I was in capable hands the whole time. Her staff are all very nice and her jewelry store is like a fairy tale. The overall experience of shopping in person, instead of shopping online was worth it. In addition, shopping small benefits everyone in the community. I LOVE my necklace and plan on wearing it everyday!

When my now husband and I started talking about engagement rings, his sister recommended Deja. From our first visit, Deja and her team made us feel welcome and comfortable. Deja taught us about diamonds, settings, and styles, and helped us design exactly what I wanted. My engagement ring is absolutely perfect! We went back to Deja a few times to re-size the ring and to try on wedding bands, and her team was super helpful each time. We got married this month and absolutely love our wedding rings. Can't wait to visit again and add some sparkly gems to my wish list!

Deja and her team are the best! I would absolutely recommend them! We purchased my engagement ring and our wedding bands from Deja back in 2011. Everything went smoothly and my ring was absolutely beautiful! They are so great at helping first time ring buyers. You can request specialized designs. For example, if you want a band thinner/thicker, diamonds in different places, etc..to make your ring totally unique! And the costs are definitely reasonable.Then 8 years later I lost my ring at the beach. I called Deja and she saved the day by working with my insurance company to get it replaced! She made the whole process so easy for me on my end. She has a personalized connection with each of her customers, which is hard to find!

I came to Deja to get a sterling silver ring repaired (a small-time purchase for them), based on friends' recommendations. The repair was done faster (despite the busy holidays) and cheaper than estimated (although the original estimate was also reasonable). The staff at Deja were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly (especially to my 3-year old, who really appreciated the hot cocoa they offered). I'm also really glad I had the chance to see their showroom: Deja's styles are GORGEOUS and varied, with lots of designs covering traditional, vintage, and modern styles. If I ever replace my wedding ring, I'll definitely start shopping here!

It's wonderful when you walk into a jewelry story and even though you told the sales person you had a small budget the sales people still help you. One of the sales people went around the store pulling items that fit my budget. I was searching for a gift for myself for all the hard work I have been doing. I found a bracelet and decided it was more suited to my sister and asked to have it wrapped up for her. The sales person told me to wait a bit and then she went into the back to find somethings for me to look at that would still fit my small budget. She found a perfect pair of earrings for me. So, I got my gift and a gift for my sister. Love shopping here I feel like a star. Thank you, Deja & Co.

My now-husband purchased my engagement ring from Deja's a few years ago and when it was time to choose my wedding band it, there was nowhere else we wanted to look. Deja was our main contact this time and we showed her some female and male band styles we were interested in. For my wedding band, I wanted mini-marquise diamonds set on a curved band so it would match/fit perfectly to the curved bottom of my custom pear shape engagement ring. We took her expert advice and let her work her magic with her custom jeweler. We gave her only a few months to finalize everything before our big date so we were a little worried about the timing, but she made it work and delivered on time (it was our bad for lagging in visiting her). She gave us updates throughout, sent us computer renderings, and made sure it was up to par to her selective likings. When the custom jeweler finished the band, it looked really nice to us, but she insisted it had to be sent back to her jeweler to get it re-done as she noticed some very minor things that the naked eye could barely even notice. We trusted her opinion and honesty and was more than glad to let her re-do it. She made sure the ring was perfect to her standards and that she herself "loved" the ring, rather than just "liked" it, as she takes pride in every Deja ring.
