This location is always extremely busy, regardless of the time I visit. I consistently encounter long lines and wait times of 20-30 minutes. The pharmacist can become impatient if you ask too many questions and may sometimes be rude or ignore you. For instance, today, I tried to use a voucher to buy a device. The first attempt failed due to incorrect information. When I got the correct information on the second try 10 min later, the pharmacist became very impatient, leaving me waiting while they attended to other tasks on the computer and start to blame me not giving them right information which was true but you don’t have to blame and I didn’t do this intentionlly. I will be transferring my prescription to another location(Cupertino De Anza location seems much more polite based on my limited experiences)or to Amazon Pharmacy for free shipping and lower costs.

Terrible pharmacy. Cannot get urgent prescriptions filled on time. Cannot get through to the pharmacist on the phone. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Whoever runs this store and pharmacy is asleep at the wheel and is not paying any attention to customer service and customer satisfaction and probably doesn't care about improving it.

Overpriced ghost town - got eye drops (Refresh Relieva) 30 ct for $25.79 (28.91 with tax), and it's $18 on Amazon. The price labels on the shelf are misleading - I thought the costs us $19, and I checked the price labels on the shelf next to packages a few times. I didn't check the receipt after paying, unfortunately. I haven't been to cvs in ages, and not coming back - empty store that's trying to trick customers to believe the prices are lower than they actually are.

Thanks to the professional staff at pharmacy who pays attention to the dosage for of prescription. The assistant pointed to a doctor mistake and the doctor confirmed this later.

This CVS on Saratoga Sunnyvale rd/De Anza location is excellent for pickup and shopping. They offer lot of coupons which when used correctly reduces the overall purchase price. Great store!

I was asked to authorize CVS to market /sell my personal prescription record while I was picking up some badly needed medication. See the photo of CVS credit card reader asking for my authorization. That is evil. I refused to sign and read the CVS Privacy Policy. It clearly stated that by agreeing to what the attached photo shows, CVS can market /sell my medical prescription record. It was only after I refused to sign and walked away that the cashier said, “you don’t have to sign it”. This was disingenuous of the cashier too. I transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy chain.

This cvs is a million times better now that they had fired this old store manager Cynthia Coutchivlis. She was horrible managing this location and stayed away. When I found out she was terminated, I started going back and the store loomed so much nicer and organized.

I have a bad experience today at this store. Now I understand why this store's review is bad and it only has 2.4/5. I came to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine and my son wanted to use the restroom. I asked the cashier and he said the store didn't have a restroom. I took to my son to use the restroom beside the store. After we came back, it was just 5pm. And the pharmacy was locked that caused I didn't have the medicine to eat tonight and tomorrow morning. The store never thought that the customers are important.Without the customers, how can this store survive. The management need to be improved, otherwise it will be closed for ever.

The pharmacist and rest of the staff are very rude and unhelpful. I am a psychiatric patient and I cannot skip any day without medication, they did not refill my prescription giving me many excuses which were untrue. They did this consecutively for 3 different times! I started paying them out-of-pocket to get one tablet a day. After visiting a different CVS pharmacy I was able to get 3 months supply of my medication without hustle. Their attitude and behavior got me into panic mode.

I have found the pharmacists friendly and extremely helpful in dealing with my mom's medications. And the wait times are never overly long.

This location is laughable. They decided they were tired of staying open until 11 pm so they closed 20 minutes early. I thought Google had the wrong time but even their posted time said 11 pm. Luckily it wasn’t an emergency for me but imagine someone had an actual emergency and they couldn’t get medicine because someone hiding in the back was too careless to close on time. A clear lawsuit waiting to happen…
