CITI wanted some personal information for their file. Even after more than 10 calls with CITI PWM, they kept asking for the same information again. Very frustrating.So visited this branch. Coming here for 12 years. No complaints. Always got what I needed and wanted. Feels like home since one of the bank tellers GE has been here for a while. Appreciate the home town feel in the local Citibank branch
