Went to this Chase branch at 14410 Big Basin Way and asked clerk to cash $600 in $50. She gave me $500 in $50, $100 short. Fortunately discovered right at the spot. Do not feel comfortable to go to this branch again. Dangerous!!!!

Another Chase bank (new money store) which hands out defaced bills. Got these ghetto looking bills from the ATM. Nice location, ghetto looking bills. Thanks! -Longtime customer

AVOID. Use Wells Fargo or Bank of America. This Chase Bank and it's sister bank in Saratoga-Sunnyvale have many good people that I have known over 6 years quite well. Until JAMES KU became the Manager it has gone down hill. James Ku is incompetent and does not train his staff well. He is also extremely disingenuous, fake, narcissistic, unable to take responsibility of his poor actions, hot-tempered, poor manager and trainer and unstable. JAMES KU is happy when you deposit large amounts of money and ignores you if you don't. Also he is unable to pick up social cues and comments because he is too hyper focusing on what he wants, not the customer JAMES KU also erroneously deposited a check in a new account and put it in the wrong account. The Chase Back Office confirmed this and caught his error. JAMES KU called and demanded that I come in and resign the papers. When I arrived at the branch he NEVER apologized for making a mistake and causing an inconvenience for me. Not a big deal but it showed me he is incapable of being gracious to his customers and being stubborn in accepting his own errors JAMES KU also hovers over his veteran staff micromanaging them when they have been there for years and are doing a great job. However he fails to micromanage the guy he hired (NEPOTISM?) This particular man who tries his best but has horrific customer service skills, does not communicate and is not the sharpest knife in the drawer. This person was horrific when we tried to withdrawal a small amount of money out of a large savings account. When I express my discontent about this Chase employee inability to understand legal documents due to poor training and thus refrains me from accessing money, JAMES KU, terminates my accounts all during CoVid-19. Interestingly, he did not close a particular savings account with the largest sum. Lastly, the local Dist Mgr GARY CAMOZZI, failed to return any of my calls. All-in-all, myself and family will never bank with Chase again because of JAMES KU unstable personality lack of good leadership and training of his new hires as well as his manager GARY CAMOZZI inability to address customer concerns and complaints. Due to James Ku closing particular accounts, all the family accounts were closed and moved to another bank in town. Because of JAMES KU and GARY CAMOZZI, during a CoVid-19 crisis, they forcibly closed some of my family accounts. That demonstrates lack of a neighborhood compassionate bank. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

Very friendly staff and their hours are awesome. I recently sold a car and wanted to deposit the cashiers check immediately and was next to a Citibank down the street. It was 4:59PM and as I'm trying to go in, they shut the door in my face and when I asked them to deposit for me, they rudely said "we're closed, use the ATM". Long story short, I run some errands and decide to stop by this Chase bank on Big Basin to deposit via ATM. When I pull up, I couldn't believe they were still open - incidentally it was 6PM exactly. I jump out of my car, rush in and the 2 staff members in there greeted me with courtesy and proceeded to deposit my check without trying to rush me out or anything. They said they always try to close 5-10 mins after their official close time b/c they recognize people may be coming back from work, etc. Great service!
