My husband and I feel very fortunate to have worked with Brenda on the sale of our home. I would give Brenda six stars if I could. She is the ultimate professional. I love her efficiency, attention to detail and positive attitude. She has all of the tools necessary at her disposal to prepare a property for sale quickly without sacrificing marketability. My property sold in one week with three offers over asking. What else could I ask for?

Over last 25 years we have worked with multiple realtors but Brenda was by far the best. She provided us with invaluable advise, pointed to important "details" that we ourselves would not pay attention to. Best example of what she did for us was negotiation of the selling price and reducing it by almost $100k! Highly recommend Brenda for any buying or selling real estate (and managing rental properties as well!).

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brenda! She is incredibly smart, knowledgeable and tenacious. In fact, when my husband and I started to get discouraged during the offer stage, she told us to not give up because she never gives up. And guess what? We got the house! She will fight for her clients and will work as hard as it takes. She's also wonderfully connected and has even helped us post-purchase with renovations and design choices! I don't want to buy another home any time soon ;) but if we were in the market, I would choose Brenda all over again!
