BMO took a perfectly good bank and destroyed it
I was with Bank of the West for 25 years and they were excellent. Then BMO took it over and turned it into a dumpster of service, utility, and quality. Half the time I tried to log into my account online I received an error message. The times I am able to log in, I am immediately logged back out. The user interface of their website is shallow at best. There is no way to access the information/details of your accounts, such as required minimum balances or service fees. (And on that note, they migrated one of my free checking accounts and changed it to a $25,000 minimum balance without telling me and then charged a service fee when I didn’t have it, also without notifying me.) There is also no information on transactions and the abbreviations aren’t always clear (which is how the first monthly service charge was mistaken for something else).
Calling the customer service line is also poor quality. I’ve been given vague answers for things, and when I request confirmation numbers for my issues that needed resolved, I was told I’d receive one by email later and never did. One time the phone representative said BMO preferred if we handled our issues via the website, which as I said, is barely functional. They also replaced the Bank of the West staff at this local branch with tellers who, I kid you not, did not know how to count change when exchanging a $100 bill for tens and twenties and quarters.
Do NOT open an account with BMO.

Great customer service and staff. You feel like you're not dealing with a corporate bank is like local family-owned Bank.

Dennis and his team are the best at customer service and responding to customer requests quickly and efficiently. And the convenience of having this local branch with plenty of easy parking near Cox and Saratoga Ave makes it the no-brainer choice for local branch services.

Great people and service. Never a big line and no "greeters" like Wells Fargo and Walmart.

We recently moved into the area and were essentially given the "hand" when we wanted to open account at another bank in town. Our Wyoming driver's licenses were not good enough ID and they wanted bills and other documentation that we had to use to obtain the Wyoming license to begin with! We left and went straight to Bank of the West. Rachel immediately welcomed us to town, set us up with accounts, and even helped us get some documents notarized. Since then, she has helped us negotiate numerous transactions smoothly, efficiently, and with a friendly attitude! She's the best!!!

Bring back Wesley. Bank has gone downhill ever since he left. 1 teller today and new assistant manager that is worthless. Update: 6/19/2018 The Assistant manager is not nice. Took 7 minutes to deposit a check and cash a check made out to cash. Detrimental to the shareholders in my opinion. I feel sorry for the tellers who work for this guy.

After being a customer for 40 years I will be CLOSING all my accounts with this NON CUSTOMER SERVICE Bank!!!!! The service at this branch has gone STRAIGHT DOWN HILL over the past few years!!! I have never deposited a bad check with them and yet they treat me like Im doing something bad when I give them MY MONEY!!! They put a HOLD on every check that is deposited through the ATM. Which you have to use because they close all the branches at 5:00 pm now and most of them are closed on Saturday too! If you use the ATM to deposit a check on Thursday after 5:00pm it will be held until Tuesday. NOT THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY! Thats this time! The time before that was, "no problem I can release it now for you" (via telephone), before that it was, "oh, I'm sorry that has been sent to the ATM processing department location, (which is at the branch) I can't do anything until they release it." Call the 800 number they tell you it's being held at the freaking branch!!! So which is it people? Why are you all such freaking f_$%heads. Now you've lost a 40 plus year customer, lost any referrals I may have given, lost funds but hey, YOU GAINED another BAD REVIEW!!!! Oh and for those of you that are new to this location, ITS A TRAINING BRANCH, SO THESE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO MOVED TO THE OTHER BRANCHES WHICH WILL MAKE THEIR SERVICE WORSE THEN IT IS NOW. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GET OUT NOW WHY YOU STILL CAN.

Hit the ATM here to get some cash for dinner at a nearby Sushi joint. The ATM charges $3.50 for a transaction! Really!? These fees keep going up and up!
