This used to be a friendly place in our Village. Not any more. They abolished the bank counter and tellers (the first association with the word "bank") and converted the bank into a car-dealership-like place with private offices behind the glass. So, when you enter the bank, the place looks completely abandoned. Eventually, a very rude lady showed up and said that someone would be available soon. When I started commenting about the new looks and nonsense practices, she completely disregarded my comments and went on to tell me that I could do a lot of things online and at ATM! I went to Los Gatos branch, which turned out to be even worse, but friendlier, and I closed both of my accounts. BofA no more!

I like this center! I wanted to apply a debit for my youth daughter and this is the third bank that I have called (the first two did not work out of all kinds of reasons). Kiran the Business Owner Specialist got me an appointment on the same day and gave me a clear instructions on what to bring on the phone. My daughter got her student account set up with no problem on the appointment and we are really happy to visit this center! The only reason I did not give 5 star is that the door scratched my pump leather, otherwise everything is perfect!

One of the two locations I go to often. They are in a great location in downtown Saratoga. Parking can be a challenge in this area but they have their own parking lot. Too bad they are closed temporarily.

This is a cashless facility. Can't get anything accomplished here. "There's another bank three miles down the road where you can withdraw cash at the teller". What a joke. I live in Saratoga. I don't want to drive three miles farther when they're is a bank right here in town. There's a Wells Fargo right next door that has cash. Looks like despite 15 years or so of being a customer, is time to move on. Get your acct together Bank of America. What a disappointment.

Of the 5 banks I deal with, this is the worst. Because of the poor service I received today - from this branch - I closed a large dollar amount, 50 year old account. A shameful group of branch employees - and I won't ever have to deal with this company again. Whew !!

I checked yelp to verify bank hours before coming to this location. Yelp showed that they are open on Saturday's until 2pm. Very inconvenient to drive to the bank come to find out they're closed on Saturday's. Please update your information.

This is huge mistake to open an account in this bank. This bank has a very rigid rule. It's not related to this branch or other branches. Unfortunately I opened an account when i cam to United States. Every year I figured it out that they frozen my account. As an immigrant my status will change every year to be a citizen. They never reach you properly to bring new evidence. You always will be surprise when your card is declined. My brother was born here. But since he has a persian sister, they closed his account without telling him and never explained him why. Unfortunately i have two credit account here and to not hurt my credit score i have to keep them open. But you don't make the same mistake to open an account here specially credit. Because you will be stocked here.

Never thought I would have a favorite bank, let alone a super commercialized Bank of America, but this is it. The first time I came in I was super grumpy and felt I was wasting too much time talking and that they didn't understand me. But I was just taking out my personal frustrations out of the employees and had a short fuse. But Shruti was so patient, so understanding and genuinely wanted to help me. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted and felt so bad that I had no patience. I've only been back 2 other times and each time she greeted me with my name. Wow! She's so kind and so gentle. I love coming here. I usually hate going to banks bc most of the tellers are so robotic and just want to sell you other packages with your money It also helps that the location is in the saratoga village so it's very quaint with much less traffic. So beautiful ! I'm back now, service is top notch, I'm with Shruti and she's just so awesome. Oh and David is also just as great! My favorite bank people ever.

Bank of America is a nice bank here. Convenient location for residents of saratoga.
