“We all know Costco and how it works. Today I was greeted by Ash with a warm welcome and a smile. During my shopping I thought about how kind Ash was and genuinely happy she was to greet people entering Costco. To my surprise as I was leaving the store there was Ash checking receipts. While I waited my turn it was good to see she was kind to everyone she came in contact with. Always a smile on her face and she looks at people when they step up and offer the receipt, she checks it and looks up for a kind exit greeting. As a business owner, she is the one I'd want working with me. Keep up the good work Ash it is appreciated. Ash is one I'll be looking for when I come in to shop at this Costco. I believe in the savings Costco provides, but it's the staff that can make a real difference. Ash is one of those who make that difference.”
