EMILY WAS THE BEST! I made an online order that we set for in store pickup. The same day, I went into the store, without a confirmation that my order was ready, and Emily did everything she could to make sure I could get my order asap. She personally put my order together as I was there and she handed it to me within a few minutes! Thanks EMILY!!!!

Went in to get my birthday rewards gift and found out I now have to download the app to obtain rewards. At this point I was frustrated, but sales associate Tyann was very patient and friendly with me. Helped me with the entire process while remaining professional. Service with a smile seems to be rare these days and I appreciate everything Tyann did to help me.

My wife and I have been long time customers and usually go to this location for pick-up orders and we like to stop by when we are in the area. After our last visit, we will gladly avoid this location.My wife received a coupon via email for a free gift in the morning and she went to pick up an order and redeem the coupon yesterday (04/03) around 6:30. The young lady working the register ignored us even though she was the only person behind the registers and rudely told us she was working on something. Not a big deal. Bad day I guess. Later, she decided to actually do her job and ring us up, and to tell my wife that she has already redeemed her coupon. The coupon she received that same morning? She said if we had an issue we could go to corporate. She made loyal customers feel like thieves. An absolutely unpleasant person. So if you do go, beware of the heavy set young Caucasian woman who works there. She clearly hates her job.

I stopped in this Bath & Body Works to pick up some hand lotions for a gift for a friend. I noticed that her hands were dry, which I was not surprise given she is a food handler and constantly washing her hands. Since they were having a buy three and get one free sale, I decided to go that rout, and the young lady assisting me offered to wrap them up nicely and make me a nice gift bag. I went the Paraffin brand picking up four different nice scents. Altogether the hand lotions cost $24. The store was very well organized the the employees were helpful.

I do not recommend Bath and Body in Santee. If you want rudeness and disregard this is the place for you! I went In tonight at 7:45 and it was nearly empty. I was not offered a basket and had to go back for one because I couldn't carry what I picked out and I wasn't finished shopping -no one offered one I had at ask where they were - I was not sure where baskets were as they had been using store bags prior to this Kim did say hi and told me where they were, so I guess that's something At checkout Kelley was rude - I felt like I was interrupting the talking between her and her coworkers were there were 3 at the counter. She said nothing and rang up my purchases After she finished, I asked if I had any rewards. She said yes - 3. I said is there a reason you did not apply them to my purchase? She said we don't ask if you want to use them unless you bring it up. REALLY??! The rewards expire - and if your store is against helping customers use them, I don't want to support this store . I got home, still thinking about my shopping experience. It was not good. I have not taken anything out of the bags. After reflecting on the whole shopping experience I have decided to return it all and go to the Clairemont store. I will not be back. Claremont B&B has excellent customer service, and rarely are out of anything I love holidays of every kind and always find the best holiday stuff there! Products are well stocked. I am Happy to spend my money there and I know they always ask me if I want to use my rewards. Worth the gas to support a business with my best interest at heart.

Bath and Body Works Santee is the closest store to me so that's the store I usually frequent. Not only because it's closest to me but it's a smaller location so I feel like it's homier and the interactions with the staff is more intimate. Every time I go in store I always talk with the employees who are so friendly and helpful each time. I recently went in for the Semi Annual Sale and scored so many great deals. Can't wait for my next shopping adventure to BBW!

I just moved from California to Nevada and received a reward for my birthday $16.50 worth of one item and was told in Las Vegas they can't redeem those rewards in store. So I came back to California and decided I would run in this location and grab something quickly before my way out of California. There are limited seasonal new smells that I didn't even see in LV that they have here in Cali. The one I liked in particular was A thousand Christmas wishes which smelled of the holiday season but has a very nice pleasant smell which kind of reminds me of 1000 wishes. Didn't really interacted with any employees just popped in quickly grabbed one item checked out and bounced so for the most part there were like three workers one stocking, one staring into space at the door and one cashier that came out of no where after waiting at the front for about 4-5 minutes got checked out.

My local BB&W consistently has superior, helpful, & personable staff & this is in no way a reflection on them, however, although I love their 3 wick candles & they're the only candles I purchase-WHEN THEY'RE ON SALE, , I'm very disappointed to see how the company in general has raised many of their candle holder/pedestal prices to $16.95 because they no longer qualify as rewards items due to being .50 over the $16.50 limit. They don't allow combining multiple rewards for a higher priced item, either. Additionally, I lost 3 rewards during the Covid shutdowns, even though they extended expiration dates, due to my local stores not opening. This again is no reflection of the lovely people who staff this location whatsoever. Not everyone shops online. That said, you cannot beat their annual & semi-annual sales which always keep me coming back!

I was in need of some badly soap/ new smell. And this place was great for the deals. I loved the 50% off section I love the wide variety of bath soap/ body Lotion they have. And there where so many different small soap and cleaners the pick from.

What a great store! I just moved to the area and popped in last night for some body-wash. While I was there, an employee notified me of the $10 candle sale today. Of course, I had to come back over today! The line was, predictably, very long. However, the employees were very friendly and helpful while we waited in the heat. They offered us water bottles, encouraged us to download the app to accrue points and allowed us to smell their 10 most popular candles. Very clean store and friendly employees. I enjoyed shopping here!

Definitely suggest not doing store pick up. My experience was NOT at all to be desired. Not only did one associates give us the wrong information, the manager said they couldn't help us when were given the information to come in and get our order. We then went in to a "quick and safe pick up" for the second time, and were told they didn't know how long it would be and to take a see. Not worth it at all in my opinion. Better to go in the store and shop or ship. The pick-up in store process is not worth the headache. The company won't do anything to make it right either.

Always happy to see Georgie and all the staff! I love walking in and it automatically makes me feel happy! it smells so good- a plus in my book -you get aroma and retail therapy at the same time! I'm starting my Christmas shopping and there are a ton of deals right now. Pocket hand sanitizers are 5 for $8 and they are super cute.Christmas themed scents. It's a perfect stocking stuffer that's actually useful and it won't be thrown in someone's junk drawer to sit for all eternity -haha. For all you lookin' for the buy 3 get 2 free deal now is the time to get it! This is probably my favorite location *Especially thankful because they ARE'NT at the mall. :) Happy Bath and Body-Working!

The ladies at the front were so sweet & amazing. Told us right away about the 3 wick deals & had amazing mask unfortunately the gentleman name Collin at the register was EXTREMELY RUDE! The worst costumer service I've had in a long time. Just seemed like he hated his job and was mad that there was a line (10 people max). Love the scents I got but would wait extra to not end up at his register!

I am here to please ask the staff to stop being so pushy the minute you walk through the door. The products sell themselves.....there is no need to get in people's faces every time you step in the store. I know they have a quota each day, but it's really a turn-off when management thinks that this kind of selling makes people want to come back. If you remember the products sell themselves you can stop forcing your employees to ask what we're looking for, the stores aren't that big, we know what we're looking for, we have the app or see the sign outside with the current specials. The three stars are not for the products, they are always great, the three stars are for forceful sell tactics. You should all know better and treat your staff kinder and not with the threat of demotion when you don't smile enough or antagonize your patrons by following them around the store like we don't know what we're doing. I watch the staff at all the stores and it's really sad how small you make them feel if management doesn't like what a staff person is doing. To the staff trying each day, kudos to you for not walking out already.

Bad customer service. Won't be back to this location!!! They deserve o stars I'm my opinion! I recommend driving a couple of miles to the next location!
