As the reviewer that was just before me said. They have never received any other kind of service except for extraordinary service / outstanding service at SAV-ONS Pharmacy in Santee inside Vons! I agree 100%! They are all an excellent group of human beings, knowledgeable, polite, courteous, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile!
Thank you SAV-ONS staff to your dedication service quality and professionalism!

I wish they had set closing time posted for the Deli. Every time I go there between 7.30pm - 8pm they always refuse to help.. short staff, cleaning, no one behind the counter, etc. overall poor service!

The deli department at the Vons Santee has the worst customer service ever. The bakery department, however, is great.

Went to speak to the manager about a London broil I purchased there. The meat I purchased was BBQ and I had cut a piece from the meat. While eating that piece something was in the meat ( It was a metal sliver) I took the wrapping from vons back with the sliver of metal (that was in my mouth) and told the store manager what I had found and he stated that maybe it was something that I did. BE CAREFUL BUYING MEAT THERE . Vons doesn't stand behind there products or care about their customers.

Wow!! Review is for pharmacy only I can't believe I gave them 24hrs to fill my prescription and when I went to pick it up I had to wait 20 min for them to fill it wow & then I went back 20 min later and the girl in white jacket asked me my dob walked back and forth a couples times as if she was getting my prescription and then says bye to staff clocks out and goes home with no courtesy explanation to me as I stood there watching her walk away please teach your staff some customer service let me know what's going on how rude

Sadly I had the worst experience this morning. Never have I been treated so poorly and felt like I was not a worthy customer to be treated with respect or listened to.

The RUDEST Von's I have ever been too. I do not live near here, so I do not go here often, but I had business in the area and decided to venture in once more, my experience before that had been disheartening. So hubby and I went in to get our supplies. This place is dark, has the worst energy and the rudest employees I have ever encountered. I have never has an employee smile or ask if they could help, not once. God help you if you approach one and ask where you might find something (their stocking system escapes my logic). After this last venture in there I told my husband I do not care if its a convenient location I will never shop here again.

Here it is, Tuesday before Thanksgiving, the store is packed, and there is only 3 lanes open. The wraps from the front of the bldg all the way back to the meat dept. In line for 40 mins and still haven't gotten to the checkout lanes!

This store on Mission Gorge is horrible. They are rude and disrespectful. Even the manager on the morning shift was involved with arguing with customers. We were waiting in line when they told us the register we were waiting at suddenly only wanted people from a different line and wanted us to go get behind them after already waiting. We asked for a manager and she got rude with us. Won't be going there anymore. A store clerk named Ahmad did a great job helping get the rude mgr. named Parvee under control

Tammy - the counter clerk was EXTREMLY unhelpful and rude. I forgot my Vons card at home and let her know that. She said you can put in the phone number, i told her I dont know it and I proceeded to ask her somethi g else when she cut me off and said thats the only way. As I was walking away she reiterated you can use your phone number (i had just told her I didnt know it if she would listen). My Vons card is 12 years old and my phone number has changed multiple times over. So I went home got the card and came back. I refused to go to her line when waiting becsuse I don't need the attitude from someone in "customer service". She needs training bad and I will acoid Vons as much as possible in the future. P.S. of I ever forgot my card in the past the clerk would scan one for me...
