Staff here consistently go above and beyond, and unfailingly remain professional and kind. There is often a long line, and I think they could absolutely benefit from more staff at peak times, but that's a management issue.

I go into this UPS Store all the time, usually weekly. I recently went in with less than 10 days before Christmas so naturally, the store was busier than usual. I saw Charlie take charge of the crowd quickly and politely. He allowed his other teammates to remain on task behind the counter as he organized the line into groups around the store so they could be quickly and efficiently served, and all with a happy demeanor and polite manner.

It is the busy season and they had the store well staffed with friendly, knowledgeable, quick working, helpful staff to move that line along!Great location, super easy to get in and out.

I visited on Dec 8 @ 1:15 pm--during the thick of the Christmas rush. There were 4 people ahead of me and about 7 in line when I left, nevertheless the line moved through very efficiently. Casper waited on me and I have never seen a person move faster but still accurately. He juggled interruptions without a wasted word and yet was courteous with everyone. I'll bet the boss wishes he could find more Caspers to hire. I don't know Casper--but I did appreciate that he waited on me.

Charles and Brianna are exceptional employees they do a superb job always help me with my packages, I’m there 3 times a week, quick in and out. And they help other customers as well with knowledgeable responses to their questions

I was happy they were open on a holiday. They have very quick and reliable service. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am a very happy customer.

This store is a perpetual disappointment. Employees spend a lot of time chatting and don't pay attention to customers entering the store. It is a very busy store and for the third visit in a row someone cut the line and employees let them do it and helped them. I had been waiting 10 minutes with 2 people ahead of me and 2 behind me. Two employees were working with customers who had large orders at the counter, another employee was working between the back and front and two were standing behind the counter having a personal conversation about food. A lady walked in behind all of us, asked if we were in line and put two medium boxes on the floor. She left, returned with 3 smaller boxes, picked up all her boxes and walked to the back counter area. She interrupted the two social talkers and one of them (a young lady) helped her. I asked why she was being helped when there were 5 of us in line. The young lady employee said that "she was just dropping off". We ALL were! I'll start using FedEx or Postal Annex. The Santee UPS store employees don't care about wasting customers time.

Giving 3 stars because I WISH UPS would all get on the same page when it comes to Amazon returns. Some franchises accept whatever you bring them and all you have to do is show the person behind the counter your QR code.The lady behind the counter at the Santee (Mission Gorge Rd) location wouldn't take my return as presented saying that they are not allowed to take Amazon packaging and proceeded to take the skirt i was returning out of mailer I received it in. I asked her to just throw the mailer away and she said they couldn't do that either. Then she forced me to take a receipt which I didn't want. She also made me brighten my screen as she couldn't scan the QR code and that didn't work either....The location in Lakeside I normally take my stuff to takes the packaging as is. Never force me to take a receipt. I will probably avoid this location in the future which is unfortunate because I've never had any problems with the Mission Gorge UPS in the past.

The workers here are all wonderful. I've been coming here for years! Whether you need a print, notary, fax, to mail some thing...These guys can help you! I went in today and was really struggling to get some images from a disc printed, BUT Casper help me get what I needed. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you so much. This place is always busy, but these workers are so quick and make things so easy they move the line along fast!
