I had an excellent experience during my backup care visit via Bright Horizons at Tutor time of Santee. The staff were notably helpful, particularly when dealing with last-minute paperwork issues. Julie Meyer and her team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, ensuring the process went smoothly. They were courteous, respectful, and extremely accommodating. The environment was notably clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Based on my positive experience, I would definitely recommend Tutor time of Santee. to others seeking care services.

We cannot say enough positive things about our nearly two years at Tutor Time of Santee and are so sad to be leaving due to an out of state move. Julie, Jesslyn, all the teachers and staff are so kind, supportive and caring and have shown our son so much love and I know he loved them, too. He's learned so much here and surprises us most days with new nuggets of knowledge. We knew he was in excellent hands and the staff really helped him come out of his shell. We will miss everyone here so much!

I took a tour in this kindergarten. Passing by the baby's room, I saw employee changing a baby's diaper on a high table. She was holding the newborn with one hand, and in the other hand she had a phone... It's dangerous!

We are getting close to moving on to kindergarten but all we can say is good things. The entire staff cares about your children like they are your own! Always welcoming and friendly. They keep the place clean and organized. Julie is a blessing and I think if they have room for your child you should pounce on it. We will miss tudortime but will spread the word how awesome they are.

I cannot say enough good things about this center. I wish we had found it sooner, and been there longer. They were everything we had been looking for in a child care provider, and their rates were reasonable. Ms. Katie in the pre k room was a God send, and I really appreciated all the ways she worked with Sydney while her dad was deployed and taught her so much about her emotions and how to express them appropriately.If you can, put your child here. You won't regret it.

My wife and I are lucky to have such a wonderful place this close to home. Their hours work well for families that have both normal (9 - 5 M-F) and not so normal (think about it, and it will come) schedules. The facility itself is extremely clean, open, bright, and most importantly secure. I never have second thoughts as to whether or not my son is safe in their hands. I want to give a big shout out to Ms. Grace (my son's teacher), Ms. Jaime (Asst. Director), and Ms. Julie (Director) for making us feel welcome and like family. We look forward to our son continuing at Tutor Time for the next several years.
