Incredible experience thanks to store associate Ethan! I came into the store unsure about purchasing and sizes for shirts I had hoped to gift for my husband. Ethan was incredibly helpful, he greeted me, was patient with all of my questions, and listened to my concerns on the correctness of sizing. When I asked he was even willing to share his own shirt size for comparison and explained the policy on refunds/exchanges in a way that made me feel comfortable. I had been a little hesitant to come into the store after reading some other yelp reviews, but ultimately I'm glad I did because Ethan was so personable and helpful. This is the kind of good quality customer service, and positive experience that anyone should have who comes into the store, and I believe that should be praised! Ethan deserves recognition and a raise, as does any store employee who ensures a good experience for guests. 10/10 would return

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Getting followed around like I'm trying to shoplift while school shopping with my daughter! I have never been treated like that at any retail clothing store. Hopefully this helps the next person. There is a reason why they have garbage reviews!

The store in Santee has a great staff. They are very focused on customer service and go above and beyond to help shoppers find what they need. They offer a good selection of apparel as well as shoes and accessories. The sales are good and rewards program is worth signing up for.

If I could I would give this location, I would give no stars. An associate asked my mother if I was male or female while I was in the dressing room because they "didn't want to be rude". That is extremely rude to ask. These workers need to be educated and taught not to ask these kind of questions. This store is not welcoming. I will not be going back to this store.

Team was very supporting , Cool vibe, Store looked clean , I can see why all these Karens are getting upset over COVID regulations and mask mandate but I mean , Who isn't following guidelines , We're adults not little kids! Thank you to Brenda & Evan , They we're very generous in assisting me with some advice I needed on certain fits and also made it clear that what ever I needed they were there for. Thank you guys keep up the good work!

The harassment you get regarding Covid restrictions is ridiculous! I mean literally harassed! I have not gone back and won't even when all this is over! Standing at the check out I was a little to the left of the plexiglass and got asked to step behind the plexiglass, ok while you touch everything I just touched! Ridiculous!!! I did not once see anyone even sanitize anything but yet chose to harass the customer about everything. Oh and one more thing they left the security tag on a pair of my daughters jeans, I told her to throw them away because I'm not going back to that store! That's just how ridiculous the harassment was. If you're that scared then don't work in a public setting stay home!

We were driving by Tilly's and noticed their sidewalk sale. I was in need of some new swim trunks/board shorts and spied some on the rack so we pulled in. Found two pair of cool Nike shorts. Originally marked $64.95 each, picked them up for $24.95 each. Tilly's carries just about every brand and style of casual clothes, skate shoes, skateboards, y'know all of those things a guy my age is into.

Kinda pricey but good stuff. Usually have some sort of sale happening. Men's women's and older kid's clothing, shoes, backpacks. Vans, Brixton, billabong etc.

Had an unusual situation because I bought some black ankle boots from Tillys online back in July. I wear them for work & sometimes they are hard to find depending on the time of year. When I received them I opened the box, confirmed the size, style and color, then put them up until I needed them. I pulled them out last night and put them on only to realize I had been sent 2 different style boots with different height heels. I drove to the Santee, Ca store and a nice young man named Fernando assisted me. I knew this was an unusual situation & would require some special attention. After calling a manager & explaining the situation he was able to exchange the boots for a matching pair. Thank you Fernando for the excellent customer service. You are an asset to Tillys.
