Absolutely horrific experience. My husband went to get an adjustment. He was treated so horribly by the chiropractor who was supposed to be assisting him. He was rude, aggressive and not helpful at all. He felt so rushed and none of his concerns were addressed. Did not provide any relief. Very disappointed. I called them to let them know my concerns. The front desk lady told me she will not put me through to a manager and that my husband didn't speak English that's why there was miscommunication. My husband speaks English just fine.

Go somewhere else,
I signed up and paid for the first month, but a few days later, I tore my ACL and was on crutches, so I couldn’t attend. Despite this, they charged me again the next month. When I called to explain and requested a refund, they told me they don’t offer refunds. So, I ended up paying for two months without being able to use the sessions, which also expire if unused. It feels like they only care about the money

If you notice there's a bunch of bad reviews and then there's five star reviews. That's because those are purposely put on here and they started to drown out the bad reviews which are the real reviews of joint chiropractic. Do not go here they will take your money they will not give you services if you try to return and they do not work with you one bit go to a normal chiropractor, which will charge you $30 a visit right down the street in Santee in all of Santee I've been living here for over 35 years and I know that's for a fact they don't belong here to do any business with us when they're not a small business they're sucking out the other chiropractors but really have the worst reviews ever.

Does this company have a policy where they don't work with patients because they are that desperate for payment? Money hungry, horrible communication, no remorse. Even when you have a health condition and offered doctor's note to cancel. Absolutely absurd and disgusting how they handled this. Don't even waste your time.

I come here regularly for chiropractic care.. I like that I can come at my convenience. I always get great treatment. Staff and doctors are great. The facility is clean.

ive been going to joint chiro at santee for months now and the level of comfort i get from it is immeasurable. top that with Dr. Roberts expertise and excellent care, evrytime i walk out i am pain free. he is very knowledgeable at what he does and always makes sure that he caters to my needs and does what he can to take out my pain away and feeling renewed everytime im done with the sessions. The Front desk clerk Anna is also very helpful and always greet guests with a smile and always puts out a very positive vibe. She is amazing at what she does and always have that eagerness to help any which way she can. Being pain free makes me enjoy my time with my kids and it also allows me to take care of my patients better as i also work in healthcare. If you want to be pain free and surrounded by people that are great at what they do then Joint chiro santee is the spot and it is golden! Excellent Patient Care from an excellent crew.

I called and left voice mails on how to cancel my membership I get no call back. I get emails if you can't take out your payment. I haven't been there for months and your still taking out payments. So let me take off work to come in to sign a paper to cancel my membership. Why don't you update your options on how to cancel for the working person.
