Came into TMobile Santee store today with my 96 year old mom and had the wonderful pleasure to work with Cody, one of the amazing phone experts. We had just purchased mom a new phone a few days before, and she just couldn't figure it out. We decided to return the phone and get another that she was familiar with. This wonderful patient young man, took the time to make some changes to the phone settings and then worked with mom and showed her how to use the phone with the phone settings. We are both thrilled to have had the opportunity to work and learn from CODY!!!!

We had a fantastic experience here! Despite the store being extremely busy, the employees were sure to greet everyone who came through the door and assess their needs. Kristopher, in particular, was a stellar employee! I was able to watch him interact with an older gentleman prior to working with us, and he was kind and thoughtful. There was no condescension or lack of patience that you often see when people who are tech savvy are trying to educate the older generation. Furthermore, when he helped my husband and myself, there was no pressure or hard upselling, he simply made suggestions and allowed us to choose things for ourselves. A great experience!

Completely dishonest in trying to make sale, and when questioned on it he was rude and condescending. Left went to Costco got same phone with a lower monthly service bill and a 200 Costco card. Tmobile lost a sale and multiple line customer. This store staff needs proper training and management or closed as it's not helping the brand.

Got here 25 minutes ago for a sim card. Still waiting. Only 3 staff and 20 customers. 2 left. Still probably gonna have to wait another 20 minutes as they're also taking calls.

I went today for a data transfer. I wish I can remember the guys name, but he was awesome. Dude helped me out and beyond. 10/10 customer service from him. You know who you are. (guy with glasses and an ear piercing)

If I could give a 0 star I would. These last 2 days have been awful for my mother trying to get her phone situated. She went in trying to get her phone upgraded and was told by an associate that she needed to buy accessories because the iPhone 15 “is too new” to find the accessories elsewhere. When my mother went back today to try to return the items as she did not need them because she could in fact go elsewhere to get her accessories, she spoke with the manager at the store and could only get the money refunded to the bill instead of back to her credit card. She did not understand why she couldn’t have the money she spent at the store back to her which made her feel dismissed and her rights abused. For a company that supposedly prides itself on helping all and providing excellent service to any and all this has been the farthest from that.

You must come and see Kristopher! I came in around 3pm on a Tuesday and only had to wait for about 10 mins. I needed to upgrade my I watch and Kristopher helped me with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable and very down to earth to helping pick the right watch for me and helping fix my current plan as well. Definitely made my experience great and would come back here for future purchases.

Wanted a service that would allow for easier international cell service. Also decided to drop my Cox cable. The combined cell and 5g home internet service will save me about $45/month. Frees up money in the budget for other things.

The manager of this location is absolutely incredible and clearly leads an amazing team. We just recently moved over from their competitor across the parking lot, and it’s been a breath of fresh air with the team at t-mobile. They were all so knowledgeable, helpful, and made the process stress free and fun. Definitely recommend going in and working with them at this location.

Worst customer service I have ever gotten from any T-Mobile store, the worker literally told me in a rude way that he wasn't able to help me because he had too many people to help. It was 7pm & they close @8pm not only that there was 4-5 workers at the time didn't make sense tbh

I had been to the lakeside store early 2023, then had to leave T-Mobile after 6 months. So 8/3/23 I go to Santee store with my phone and I'm greeted by Gerardo. I tell him I would like to start phone service and Internet .Very professionally he says I can help you with that. Boy did he. After just a few questions he took care of everything. Got my phone ready for use. Even got me my same phone number. Got the Internet receiver ready so all I had to do o was come home and plug it in. I was so happy and grateful that Gerardo took the time and extra effort to do everything. I did not receive service like that in the lakeside store. What a difference. All of the employees were happy and caring at Santee. I could see other people being helped. And when they left saying thank you with smiles. What a great atmosphere. Kathy Galea
