So Cal Truck accessories put a new back window in my Snugtop shell. The price was $200 less than all the other businesses I called and I called a few. The installation took less time than they said it would take, They have a huge inventory of truck parts and accessories. They kept all their promises, the whole experience was great. I would highly recommend this business. Ask for Paul. Thank you So Cal.

Rachel and Joel an incredible facility. They know what they're doing and have an incredible staff around them executing goals as they have been given the tools, training, and methodology to do so. As far as having new sc accessory equipment goes, no better option in San Diego or anywhere else. The showroom has incredible layout fur the space available. Somehow the scale of all virtually all products can be viewed in store. They offer everything your commercial or personal vehicle might be needing from bed liners and toolboxes or full van interior tool or work truck racks and bumpers. Thank you for the tour Joel and Rachel, I'll be recommending your team and your priducts to anyone I know with trucks or otherwise

Had a class 3 Hitch installed on my 2024 Subaru. Good price for the hitch and installation, which only took about 1 hour to install. The shop is easy and convenient to get to, they appear to do a lot of business as it was pretty busy.

Ordered a few parts , waited for 10 weeks for 1 particular part , there vendor dropped the ball ( not there fault ) ... I cancelled the order after 10 weeks , But now they won't refund me the other 2 parts ? So basically I waited for 10 weeks and it ended up Costing me 84.00 dollars . There policy needs a revision under these circumstances!

Got my truck bed cover installed on a Toyota Tundra Limited. Got it done correctly. Staff was nice its a small shop but they do a good shop. I would recommend using them to get your truck bed cover installed. They do offer a lot of services but I was mainly in the market for the truck bed cover and got the Retrax XR Pro. Would highly recommend and they were charging little less than other places by $200 so it was definitely worth it.

I needed some work done on my 2004 GMC sierra truck, they did an amazing job, they were very professional, and took excellent care of my vehicle. They replaced all of my outside lights front and back replace the front grill, the key locks on the rear hood. I would definitely use them again. They took their time and did the job, right!

Very poor communication and customer service! We ordered a truck bed cover with them and we were told it would take two weeks for the cover to come in. They call us with in the two weeks to make an installation appointment- we were told the installation would take two hours. I took a half day off work for our scheduled appointment, I arrived a few minutes early for our scheduled appointment time, checked in at the desk, and reconfirmed it would take two hours for the installation. The associate confirmed it would be two hours and he would call me when it was done. There is no place to wait for your vehicle at their facility so I paid for Uber to a local shopping center to wait for my truck to be finished. My husband then left work early to pick me up and be at their shop at the agreed two hour completion time. We arrive at the shop and first thing I notice is my truck is parked the exact same way as I left it... then I see there is no bed cover on the truck. We go inside and ask what was going on with the truck as it's been two hours. The manager tells up that they opened up the box for the bed cover and it was damaged so they didn't install it on my truck.... Instead they will need to get a new cover for me. I asked why they couldn't have called and told me that when they discovered the issue as I had confirmed they had my correct phone number. The manager had no explanation as to why they failed to call me and why they just wasted two hours or my day an hour of my husband's day. Very frustrating as we waited patiently for the part to come in, made scheduling arrangements and lost pay from our jobs to be at the scheduled appointment, and then this company didn't have the courtesy to communicate the issues with me and instead let us waste our afternoon with our truck just sitting out front of their shop until we came back. I would not recommend this company based on their very poor communication, very poor customer service, and complete disregard for their customers time. They said they could get a new cover and install it the next day... but honestly after this very frustrating experience and the total waste of time we canceled the order and are just going to leave the truck with out a cover. It would have been a completely different experience had they just called me and told me my truck wouldn't be ready in the two hour time instead of wasting my time we would've had a different outcome. I do not recommend this company unless you like your day wasted.

We had locks installed on our work van. Their customer service was outstanding. This is our 3rd time going here for different things and we will keep coming back. Very impressed from start to finish

My husband got a new full size truck and needed to get a bed liner. Socal Truck Accessories was able to schedule him fairly soon on a weekday but he opted to schedule a bit further out on a Saturday so he didn't miss any work, which was convenient. The shop gave an accurate estimate, completed the work on time, and the Bullet Liner also comes with a lifetime warranty. The liner is great quality and has much better grip than the plastic bed liners you can buy and install yourself. It's great for our dogs so they don't slide around on road trips. My husband said the shop had great service and that he would go back and get a truck bed cover from them at a later time.

Very happy with my new camper shell and racks. Rachel and Paul were very patient and knowledgeable. They helped me find the right camper shell. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything. Installation went very good, and the camper shell looks really nice on our truck. I ended up getting a tow hitch installed too, and I am very happy with that as well! Paul showed me how to use the shell after it was installed, and took time to answer my questions. If your looking for accessories for your vehicle, shells racks, tow hitches etc, this is the place to go!!
