I stopped by to see if I could get some paint, due to the supply chain issues it was no longer available which is completely understandable. The issue I have is that when I then asked if they could help me get a similar paint or if they could help me find a solution they said they couldn't. I went to Lowes right down the road and within 2 minutes they had it paint matched and were helping me. Unsure what the situation was there but the employees seemed uninterested in helping.

On Monday after 5pm I stopped by your store to buy 4 gallons of paint. I had to interact with Cary. He’s completely incompetent and i could not get a professional answer to any question I asked. When I asked which is better, super paint or cashmere, his could not explain and only showed the specifications. If he works in this sphere, he should know what is recommended, peoples reviews, etc. Also, on Monday 22nd it was the last day for the 40% discount and when I asked about it, he seemed to not know about it, despite signs hanging across the entire store. When I asked how much a gallon of super paint would cost, told me the full price. Only after me showing the 40% discount he lowered the price. Thereafter brought 4 gallons of paint and did not even ask if I needed help to get it to my car, even though in other stores I visited before they would always help without even requesting. Once I asked why he did not offer to help, he said I was a large guy and should not have any problems, and then told me to go away.

They had a great 30% discount. Best time to shop. They are very helpful. I would go back. I got good advice about wall preparation before painting and the quality of paint to use. Lots of great colors to choose from.

$55 for a gallon of paint and had to listen to conservative talk radio being played very loudly while I waited. Did you know Jesus was against vaccines?

The manager said he was out of everything before he even knew what I wanted. Upon inquiry he said he had 5 gallons but nothing else. I went to Jome depot and got an exact match. Incidentally, the paint I requested was on display and the manager kept stopping to answer his phone instead of trying to help me. Very poor and inconsiderate service.

My review is based strictly off of my recent experience with customer service and not the quality of their products. I have been into this store 4 times in the last few weeks. I am NEVER acknowledged or asked if I need any help when I walk in. Even when I have been the only person in the store.I went back in yesterday again against my better judgement. One employee was helping another customer and the assistant manager was on the computer at the counter. I wasn't acknowledged the whole time I was looking at swatches and then I had to stand at the counter for at least 5 minutes before being helped. It is honestly terrible customer service to not acknowledge patrons entering your business and to leave people just standing there at the counter right in front of you like that.2 weeks ago when I was in there, only one person was working and she didn't speak a word to me. She was helping another customer which was fine, but to not even acknowledge me while I am waiting in line for over 10 minutes and say "I'll be with you as soon as I can" is just terrible customer service. I actually ended up leaving without what I needed because it made me so irritated.Also, this same girl constantly pulls her mask down even in front of customers. The last 2 times I've been there she's done it. I get that we are all tired of the masks, but it's a pandemic and that kind of behavior is discouraging.I won't go here anymore, I'll drive to the Magnolia location because their customer service blows this place out of the water.

Home depot tried three or four times to match the living room paint color so I could touch up the walls in the house we just bought. I wasted a ton of time and money and was left with dark streaks all over my living room. The Sherwin Williams man got the color perfect on the first try, and I was able to fix my living room. I'm so relieved!

I arrived on 7/3 with several paint swatches and alot of apprehension about the colors i should select for my home painting project. Cary spent a full 45 minutes working with me to understand my vision, my likes/dislikes and looking at my house. He was patient, genuinely interested and gave great advice and suggesitons that I hadn't yet considered. In the end, I left feeling much better about my choices and selections.He mixed me 18 samples! and off I went to paint the side of my house. I will definitely return.
