I've been a Sharp Business Systems customer for over a decade and quite happy until the last four months. Four months ago, Apple introduced an update to the operating system that wiped out all the preset printer settings I use on a daily basis that were created by the Sharp team that installed my printer. Four months later, I'm being told that Sharp still hasn't produced a new print driver that works with the latests Apple OS. So, I'm paying for a two drawer printer and can only access one drawer in MS Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro, and I can't access the staple feature. As someone who worked many years in Engineering, I find it astonishing that the Engineers at Sharp don't coordinate with major vendors like Apple to update print drivers in a reasonable amount of time. Four months and counting is not reasonable.When my lease is up, I'll be looking at other options for my printer. Never thought it would come to this.

I have been working with Sharp several years as a customer. Sharp has always had great service, very responsive and great customer engagement. Recently with COVID they have continued to come through for us. We had multiple high profile projects where we could not have gone live without printers. New cancer center and new clinic go lives where not having printers would have been a show stopper. They were able to strategically allocate their inventory to get us what we needed for each of our go lives and in time for us to do all the necessary preparations and programming before first patient. Great service! Great team work! In addition after go live their service engagement continues to be responsive and interactive. They always show up.

Been working with Sharp and Emily Tippin (My Rep @ Sharp) for 2.5 years now. They take care of our Big MFP devices. Its been great never have to worry about ordering Toner and when we do have an issue with one of them tech. support is dispatched quickly! One of the best vendor's I have for setup it up and forget about it operation's, that I have! Thanks!

I recently converted from another vendor to SHAP and I couldn't be happier with the process. My rep Emily Tippin worked closely with me through the whole transition process. She made the process very easy. The Sharp devices are great and their service is exceptional.

I have worked with Sharp Business System for the last 25 years. Their product line is superior to all I have tried but their service is the reason I stay with them. Same day or next day and they fix it! I have not heard "THE COPIER/SCANNER IS DOWN" in a long time. I would recommend them to everyone. They are a great company and I thank them for what they have done for me..

I'd like to give a quick thanks to Travis Alegria at Sharp Business Systems. He has been participating on our Board of Directors for the past few years and supporting our Chamber through various events like our golf tournament and annual Awards Night. We went out to lunch to chat about home life/work life balances and I had an opportunity to thank him for his invaluable input while he volunteered with our organization. He often came with insight when we needed guidance and expertise from experiences in other groups he's served with. He brought a fresh approach in with a thoughtful attitude and he will be hard to replace. His staff helped us through copier leases, moving equipment, ordering new equipment, and renting technology to help enhance several events we hosted. Although I'll miss him in the board room, I appreciate Sharp's overall commitment to the Chamber and I look forward to working more closely with some other staff members on their team and continue to have Travis' support as the Chamber marches on.
