Sephora's return policy is the worst during the holidays. I bought something in November for a Xmas gift. Person didn't want it and I went to return it WITH the receipt. She said it was over the 30 day policy. This is the only place that does not do the extended timeframe for gift giving. This is the 2nd Xmas this has happened. Guess I won't try buying gifts in advance from this store.

"One of the best benefits of moving to Santee is having "Sephora right around the corner from my residence . I have been to this location many times and each time I have visited this store , the staff is top notch and "Professional ( extremely organized and this location has everything I need from perfumes to cosmetics . Recently I had bought "IT cosmetics concealer and I am very pleased with the results . I have freckles around my eyes which causes my eyes to look tired , however I have found a solution in this concealer . I am very impressed with the "Sephora's make up artist who referred this brand , which is a game changer ?

Lily was super helpful with color matching me for a rare beauty shade of foundation. She also recommended other great products that would pair well. Excellent customer service

Going and getting makeup is not my favorite thing to do. I don't wear makeup often, and I always feel out of place in locations where I'm surrounded by customers who clearly know WAY more than I do. But the staff members here were really patient, professional, and helpful with helping me color match and find the product that was appropriate for my needs.

I don't recommend shopping at this location. The staff have a bad attitude and make you feel like you're wasting their time with any product or return questions. Out loud sighs and eye rolls. Worst Sephora experience I've ever had.

Horrible customer service. This is my third time in this store and I’ve never purchased anything at this location because the staff is awful. Went in real quick to grab something before vacation. Two gals standing by the door doing nothing. No one offering me help. What I need isn’t there. Trying to get something different. Literally had one of the staff who was actually helping someone else lean in front of me as I was looking at something on a stand to grab an item in front of me without a word. Then comes back two minutes later to push past me again and reach in front of me without an “excuse me” or anything. So rude. Dropped what I was holding and left. Won’t be back to this location. Would rather get my makeup at Walmart than go back here.

I'm probably going to become a regular visitor to the Sephora. I've had two great experiences: a full face makeover and a brow waxing. All services have charges, unlike a few years ago when you could get makeup done for free. The estheticians are friendly and good at what they do.

I brought my mom here for a makeover and our artist Annelissa did a lovely job! She was so nice and really took great care of my mom. She's probably gonna kill me for putting her "before" pic but I want you to see the difference.

I don’t recommend shopping/visiting this location. Asking for help from them to show something is like you’re pulling their teeth out. Second awful visit. I wanted to exchange something and the testers were so out and disgusting and the girl didn’t even wanna get a new one. And the best part was when I talked to Christina, the so-called “manager” she was so ignorant and seemed like looking at me like it is what it is. Very disappointed with Sephora.

I have never had a problem with getting my eyebrows waxed at Sephora until my most recent visit. I specifically told the employee that I don't like thin eyebrows, she completely butchered my eyebrows. One is very thin and long and the other thick and shorter. A complete mess...never coming back here for this service again.

I just got my makeup done by Anna and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable since I am new to wearing makeup. My makeup is flawless and I am receiving so many compliments. She was so nice, we laughed and talked the whole time. I would recommend Anna to anyone looking to get their makeup done by a professional.
