Shopping here is not the same as Shopping at a regular Sephora. I cane to do a return and it happened to be 61 days when the return is 60 days. I asked to do an exchange and they still wouldn't honor it. The first person helping was nice and offered to call the manager. The store manager didn't even say hello and rolled her eyes when she came over. They would make no effort at customer service. The item wasn't even used. Very disappointing. Ulta has a 60 day return anything over you get store credit. Macy's is 90 days. Sephora really needs to reconsider their policy and the manager here needs to work on her people skills or at least her greetings of customers.

I went here to get some cologne for my husband. Walking in the two employees working were standing at the register talking to each other. Mind you the fragrances are right next to the register so I was in an eye view of them the whole time. No acknowledgment from them. I then went up to them and asked for recommendations, they pointed at the wall of fragrances and said the brands are there. I then asked for recommendation for a well liked cologne that will last and the rep said try one that says perfume and went back to talking to her coworker. They're just clearly running the clock there and don't care about doing their jobs.

I went to visit this store and Mila was so helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. She helped me decide which makeup is good for me. I would recommend this store and please ask to speak with Mila. ?
