Front staff and lab techs are great. Medical Assistants are excellent. The dr we chose however was a mistake, she doesn’t follow through with tasks and switches her story within only a few months. If you are perfectly healthy, she’s fine but if you need something, even a simple referral forget it.

My doctor is great but the only complaint and the biggest complaint is the office and scheduling appointments. Also the phone line sometimes doesn’t work and trying to get a hold of them is really hard.

The new app that has everything on there makes it so convenient to book appointments for the kiddos and pull immunization records for school. Absolutely love it and the reminders it sends you. No more arriving early to be seen 45minutes late. :) love!
