I just picked up my car from Santee Collision Center yesterday and I just wanted to say they were absolutely wonderful, but especially Eric who helped me from the day he took pictures of the damage on my car to the day I picked up my car. Amazing customer service. Friendly, professional and reliable. He even made sure my car was washed and vacuumed before I picked it up. I will definitely be going back to them in the future. Thank you again to Eric and the crew at Santee Collision for taking good care of my car!

They do impeccable body work, are very straightforward, and help you navigate insurance-claim coverage. I’d rather not know their work as well as I do. But we’ve had to take our cars there quite a few times over the past 2 yrs. due to the many reckless drivers in this region ... not us, of course ;^)

I brought my Toyota Tacoma in for auto repair after an accident. Within two weeks my truck was repaired and it looked brand new. Thank you to the office crew and folks completing the repair!

We are a custom a Mercedes Custom Sprinter Up Fitter here in San Diego and we took our fiberglass FlairSpace flairs which allows our customers to sleep sideways in van and upon inspection in our shop we noticed orange peel and sent the owner pictures and they could be buffed, but our customers needed the van for a trip, and during the trip, they noticed big 1" bubbles where it looks like the paint was de laminating. We have called over 5 times and emailed detailed photos and videos, with 0 zero reply back. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this unprofessional facility for anything. JCVS

Somebody backed into my car while I was waiting for another car to leave the space it was in. The right side doors were dented. I shopped several repair shops. I liked the way Candice, owner of Santee Collision Center, described their painter as the best anywhere. I have more than two decades experience working for car dealers. I can spot mismatching paint from a mile away. I was skeptical. Candice assured me that I would not be able to tell the difference when the car is finished. Well they needed to replace one of the doors. They ordered a used door. But they rejected the first one that was shipped. Eventually they got a good door and did did the work. I went to pick up the car and was shocked. I could not tell where the old paint ended and the new paint began. This painter is really really good. I have a real good eye and I have to admit, Candice was right. I have never seen better paint work. I moved the repaired side of the car to where the sun would shine on it. Not only did they get the color perfect, they actually matched the metallic in the paint perfectly and it shined like the original paint. Amazing! And, they were no more expensive than others and less than some shops with the big reputations. They came in for less than the other driver's insurance estimate! I am now thinking about having them paint my truck. I highly recommend Santee Collision Center to do your repairs. They are the best!

My friend got her car fixed here. Although they did a fantastic job..The lady Candace who is at the desk text my friend if she wanted other dents fixed on her car.. she said no thank you just what she originally needed done. Well Candace proceeded to text her that by the age of her car she does not have a car payment.. so why not?Who says that to someone... and what business was it of hers? Probably won't be going back there or recommending anyone to go. Rudeness is unacceptable. It cost nothing to be kind!

So my Toyota Tacoma was backed into by another driver. I started looking for quotes nearby and reading Yelp reviews. One in particular stuck out and that was Santee Collision Center. I decided to make an appointment to start the process of getting multiple quotes. I met Candice and only needed one quote after that and that was her quote. They started on the job the following week. I wanted to make some custom changes to my vehicle and they were able to accommodated everything and make it look AWESOME. Erick and the guys in the shop really took there time to make sure I was happy and the truck looked good. Candice and Erick handled everything with my insurance so I didn't have to do a thing. I highly recommend this shop whether you are looking for insurance repair or want to customize your ride. After comparing reviews of the preferred vendors approved by my insurance, I knew I had to look no further. I'm so glad we chose this bodyshop. Not only did Candace, Erick, and team keep us informed, and work was done within the estimated time frame, but the actual work was impeccable and honest! From the repairs, to the paint job, and even the clear decals (a fine detail), everything was done to perfection. I am so thrilled with the results.
