Love this store. Have bought several old pieces of furniture here that have added character to my apartment. The staff is enthusiastic and helpful.

Good location. Employees never greet upon arrival. Also cross talk when I was checking out at the counter.

Normally it's a good experience, but lately customer service has been rude and lacking. As well theres one cashier for the whole store. I didn't see anyone else to help. Google says they close at 9 but they close way earlier. Sometimes up to 2hrs early on the weekends.

The old lady yelled the entire time I was in the store "ORANGE TAGS HALF OFF!" At least 10 times in 10 minutes. I saw ONE orange tag. I told cashier guy she needs to stop yelling. He said she's the boss, corporate lets to do whatever she wants.. Wow, ok, that's not right to be so obnoxious.. She always does this. Don't think I'll be going back.

Don't bother bringing donations, the two guys that work there don't want to bother moving anything, so they will turn your stuff down, no one answers the phone so it's impossible to have any clarity of what to bring in the first place. Went down the street to Goodwill and they accepted everything and even helped unload the truck. Don't waste your time here.

This store is huge, but there is hardly anything in it. Everything is over priced- I can go to Target and buy a new shirt for less that $15, why would I pay $6.99 for a shirt that was $10 new at Walmart? As a previous reviewer mentioned, There are a lot of broken, stained, ripped/torn items for sale. There is a poor selection of kids clothes/shoes, and the adult shoe selection is in poor shape and over priced.Save your time and drive the DAV thrift store in El Cajon.

Racist. The lady on the phone told me i can get clothes at a reduced price for my interview i came all the way from vista. And the store manager said no....because im. Black! Im trying to better myselfby getting a job just out of prison and racist white and mexican klan members still try to keep black people down

I was just trying to donate good things and the worker guy was so rude. So I will never come back to this place. I would rather donate to goodwill.
