The assistant manager Michelle is extremely rude and unhelpful. The cashier forgot to remove the security tag when I bought a sweater and when I brought it back asking them to remove the tag, Michelle refused to remove it and basically accused me of stealing it. Advice to management: rather than accusing your customers of stealing, give them the benefit of the doubt and train your cashiers to better look for and remove security tags. I will add that the actual security guy at the door was very kind and obviously wanted to help but was steamrolled by Michelle who would not allow him to help.

***Warning***Never buy perfumes at a ross. They will not exchange or accept any returns. **They need to have signs over the perfumes saying no return or exchanges once purchase.** My hubby got me a perfume for my bday. He thought it was the one I get which it was not.
