Solid hotel. Many probably complain because one cannot sneak pets in this property. The lady at the desk is very pleasant and efficient.

Was going to reserve a room for 27 days until I saw that their rate didn't include $15 per day for parking, making it more expensive than others. It's in the fine print that they hope you don't read! Deceptive marketing at it's finest!

Stayed here many times and never had any issues. Always quiet and clean. Santana's next door has great food!
Nearby activities: Shopping. Restaurants and train access.
Walkability: Quick walk to the train.

Location is great. Close to shopping, food, highways.
That's where the positives end.
The room was disgusting. There was mold on the shower curtain, and in the fridge. The furniture looked like it had been in a flood.
The bed felt like a combination air mattress and spring mattress..
We were in a non smoking room, but our blanket had several burn holes in it..
The door didn't sit in the frame properly, so there was massive air, and noise, leaks.
It was pretty bad. I'm glad we were only ever there for sleep and I got an insanely good rate during spring break, otherwise I would have checked back out of my 5 day stay the second I got into the room.

My kids and I stayed here for a week and the location was super convenient - close to stores, restaurants, and only a few minutes away from the freeway. It was very affordable and staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and they will still come in daily to clean the room if you want, unlike a lot of other places. Definitely recommend it.

UNBELIEVEABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL Front Desk EVER! The front desk clerk was not an accommodating during my son and my stay. She asked me to call her before 4:00 to confirm if we'd be staying the next night as my son's car was in the shop and we had no idea when it would be ready. I called before 4 as agreed and spoke to another person who confirmed the next time stay. Then the next morning she calls ranting and waving that if I don't come by 11:00 am to make the payment she would not extend our stay. I was not near enough to get there my 11, so my son tried to pay in cash for the future stay. But she refused to let him stay and he was stranded without a car. Again, totally unprofessional! I would NOT recommend this hotel because of this reason, but also be aware every chair in the room was stained, walls repaired without being painted and it's just gross!
