We are changing the look of our 40-year old floor to ceiling fireplace. Santee RCP Block and Brick has the best product selection and accessible showroom and the best customer service, especially when compared to the RCP Block and Brick in Lemon Grove. Ethan took the extra time we needed to explain the product differences; natural stone vs. dressed, natural stone vs. manufactured. Ethan was very knowledgeable and helpful as we made our final selection today. Ethan even opened some of the Ledger stone boxes for us to take a closer look. Ethan's great customer service contributed to great customer satisfaction. We can't wait to see the new fireplace once installed.

RCP is the place to go for your hardscape needs. They have an excellent selection of rocks, flagstone, boulders, pebbles & more. The pricing is very reasonable. We had Dillon help us and he did an amazing job. Very friendly, knowledgeable g helpful.

The crew helping with flagstone and beach pebble selection were great: friendly, helpfull, and informed. The desk crew at checkout were equally helpful and knowledgeable. As with most rock places, however, if you only want a small amount of pebbles (for example), you likely need to buy prepackaged bags which are more expensive than bulk.

Had some Issues do to lack of communication. Chris helped me out, made sure I was taken care of. Really pleased with the service I received as well as the River rock I purchased. The delivery drivers are also very pleasant and helpful. If you are looking for a place to acquire landscaping products, I strongly recommend RCP out in Santee.
