Drew was great, he came to my house within an hour of me calling and he filled the crack in my windshield in 10 minutes. Great service!

I've been trying to get my windshield repaired from this company for about a week. I've gone back and forth, and I've been told 3 times that someone will be in touch with me replace the glass, but it never happened. At first I was told the contracted glass repairmen (Ben and Serge) were on their way to my house. They called me en route, and said they were picking up the glass, then would be by my home. They never showed up. I called Drew, the owner, who said he would contact them. Drew later texted me and said the Ben and Serge's truck broke down on the way to my house (yeah, right - If their truck broke down, why didn't they call me to let me know and reschedule??), and they would be ready with the replacement the next day. I didn't hear from them the next day, so I reached them, and they didn't answser. I let Drew what was going on, and he said he would have differ repair contractors get in touch with me to do the job. That was 2 days ago, and I haven't heard from anyone. Thanks for checking back in with me, Drew, but they way! I'm not sure why this company doesn't want my money, but I have definitely gotten the message that they are blowing me off. What horrible service! Thanks for wasting my time!!

Drew replaced my husband's windshield I think last year and he went inside the base to do the work (accompanied of course). Yesterday a small rock came flying to my windshield in the freeway from a construction truck and left a star-shaped crack. First thing that came to my mind was ask my husband who he contacted for his windshield before and he gave me Drew's number. I also contacted other companies but some of them can come to my work asap but for a replacement not a fix, one of them is not available until Friday, etc. Drew was easy to coordinate business with and came to my workplace this morning to fix my windshield, since it's still fixable not yet replaceable. He was honest to say that it will leave a scar and that's to be expected, as long as it last without being replaced, I'm ok with that. I think around 30mins. the work was done, and I don't even notice the small scar on the windshield (plus, the crack doesn't block the view of the driver anyways). So big thanks to Drew for accommodating me this day.

My windshield was hit by a rock and within seconds started cracking. I pulled off the freeway for window repair nearby. Raclin auto glass popped up first. I called and was told to meet Chad the repair tech who was just right down the street! He fixed my window in minutes! Super nice guy it was nice chatting with him! Unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover windshields otherwise it would have been free! I was happy from them from beginning to end! Easy, fast, and friendly! Five stars from me!!!!

Paid $40. Barely ran vacuum through car. Mirrors smeared, interior hardly touched. Wheels traction services covered in Armor All (not safe). Avoid this place.

DO NOT use Raclin Auto glass/Cal Auto Glass! Beware! My initial call was to CA Auto Glass and somehow Drew of Raclin contacted me numerous times until I made an appointment. This company is a sham and a ripoff! Drew the owner, is not trustworthy. He was supposed to order OEM windshield glass from Tesla for my car per my Geico work order. He did not!! Tesla has no work order from him at all. The windshield glass that ended up on my car is some cheap aftermarket crap from China called XYG glass. After confronting this to him he has given excuses, is refusing to fix the issue and now ignoring me. My rain sensors are also not lined up properly and his install guys had to come back after initial install to put more glue since there was air coming through the poorly done seal on one side of the windshield panel. I am supposed to have 100% guarantee! I paid $500 out of pocket and Geico paid the rest to total $1329. The glass he gave me probably cost $100. I wonder how many other victims are out there that he ripped off that have crap glass on their cars and don't know it! I urge all of his customers to check if they got OEM glass or not. I will now have to consult a lawyer on this situation to get my money back.

The gentleman who did my repair was professional, informative, quick and did a very good job in repairing my windshield. I was there maybe twenty minutes and he even removed a sticker that I wasn't quite able to remove myself. Thank you so much for your service!

With all my appointments and clogged schedule, I didn't have time to wait for a repair or go to a shop and wait. It turns out that they were able to come to my house and fix my windshield in a reasonable amount of time. They will be my #1 from now on.
