I have hard to find veins. A real problem child. This tech found it in and drew blood in record time with no pain and very, very, little bruising. A++

I've donated blood so many times over the years. I donated a kidney and had my blood drawn more times than I can count before the donation. I've never been left so sore and swollen. She couldn't even get my first arm after poking around and went on to my other arm which wasn't any better. Both are super sore and swollen. I've never ever had this issue. I will make sure she does not draw my blood again or I will walk out. I was in phlebotomy school and never even had this happen! Horrible experience.

Very fast! Very professional I made an appointment online the check in kiosk was SO easy, I think if you're a little older you might need help. All you need to do Is check in scan your ID front and back and then scan your insurance front and back and you're all Set. It was very clean, and it was raining outside I expected the floors to be wet and they were not! Very well kept. Would go back again if the Dr needs me to will definitely pick this location!

Nice new office and Jhodane was AMAZING!! I'm one of those people who they have a hard time getting labs from and she was great! I never felt anything!

Horrible experience ever!!! Do not go here in this location to do any lab work. The Phlebotomist that is expecting that works there is unkind, insensitive, unprofessional, poor customer service, and inconsiderate. I made an appointment, I was late 15 min because of uncontrollable circumstances. At soon as I signed in to be in standby, the Phlebotomist came out from one of the rooms and asked very rude who just signed in, it was me and another person that just walked in. I said I did, I tried to explain her That u had an appointment but I was 15 minutes late, I will be in standby, she rapidly said that mostly like she won't take me back because appointments comes first, witch I completely understand and agreed on waiting. She kept saying that I will have to wait until one appt dosent show up. So I decided to stay and wait . she kept insisting that she didn't know how long it will take.. I said I understand I will wait, I'm already here, I came from faraway I have my baby with me so i will wait. The other person asked her if she can be also a standby, the employee said no go home and make an appointment very awfully short and insensitive. After 30 min of waiting and no other clients there, she asked me to go back. She was not able to find my lab doc that were send electronic. I tried to called my doctor and see if they can email them again, she told me to go back out and do all the process again and be again in stand by until I get the documents. I was on the phone with the nurse explaining my situation and mention that Phlebotomist was being inconsiderate about the whole situation. Then she yelled at me saying you need to leave and that she will not help me and she will call security if I don't leave. Terrible experience!.

I have been coming here for a few years and always been completely satisfied. I almost always walk-in and never have a problem with that. Quest recently changed their check-in policy and now when you check in you need to pick an appointment time. I came in at 8:30 and had to chose a 9:20 appointment. In the past, appointment time picked at check-in didn't affect when they took you. If you were a walk-in and waiting, and they didn't have any other patients, they would take you. Today, I am sitting here, just waiting. There are no patients being taken care of. Just me sitting in the waiting room and they are not taking me. They are making me wait until 9:20 even though I've been here since 8:30 and there is no one else here. That is just not cool. Walk-Ins should be taken anytime there is a free space. I shouldn't have to wait an hour to be seen when the clinic is empty.

DO NOT BRING INFANTS HERE. They're entirely unequipped and untrained to draw blood from infants and babies
