I had a great experience with this storage facility. I have had my things stored there for almost a year now, and it has always been very easy to access not only the facility and unit but also the receipts and any other email/mail they would send. They are reliable and operate with integrity. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage needs in the area!
They are real, honest, and open with their business. Understanding and very helpful. Always available and good communication. I couldn't have asked for a better place.
The storage is very easy to find and very clean and neat. Brittany is by far EXTREMELY helpful, sweet, and understanding. I was incredibly impressed by the help and support I received! I cannot recommend this woman and Storage Facility enough! Thank you Brittany for everything you have done for me.

The staff here are awesome!!! The manager, Brittany, has been so helpful and is willing to do her best to help anyone out. I was not happy with the previous manager because she wasn’t willing to help out in any way. In my own experience she took the time to listen to everything I had to say, even letting me vent. I would recommend the Santee facility to anyone I know. Thanks, Britt, for everything!!!!
