MPower is a trusted and professional shop to bring your vehicle. I recently brought my truck in for a thorough diagnostic and had the turbocharger replaced on my diesel. I noticed a nice improvement in performance and will be continuing to bring my vehicle in the future. 5 star service!!!!

These guys are great. Had a full inspection on my truck and had a brake job done on my 26 footer. I do recommend them and will definitely be back for future maintenance/repairs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I do NOT recommend this place! We Brought our truck home with more issues than it went with because of these guys!! Not to mention I spoke to someone about the situation and they never got back to us like they said they would.They got contamination in our system causing injectors to fail literally down the street after picking up the vehicle. Injectors were brand new, no reason they should have failed! Was confirmed there was metal in the system upon inspection of the failed injectors!!! Would leave zero stars if I could! Waste of money and then had to spend a couple grand after because of their mistake.Terrible customer service and terrible mechanic that obviously didnt know how to properly work on the vehicle.

I've taken my truck here several times. These guys are super solid. Very knowledgeable, friendly and they always do their best to take the best care of you that they can. I would recommend MPower to anyone!

I used these lovely people to change out my EGR Cooler bypass valve on my Lifted 2016 2500HD 6.6L Duramax Work was great and done in a timely manner. Tracie was awesome and a sweetheart. Truck runs great and I no longer have to worry about the limp mode. The pricing was great compared to all the other outrageous quotes I received.

We took an 18 wheeler there and it was great at first they did a great job until they got the first payment. We were in and out of that shop for two weeks and are now broke down on the interstate the day after it left the shop and the mechanics worked on it before hooking up to our house trailer that we have to deliver. The customer service was great until they decided they didn’t want to fix it and fix it right. They came back out and said they fixed the breaks but they were never touched. They left before we test drove it like they were told and had to come back. All they did was adjust the front breaks and said it was great but it’s still not stopping. They keep saying that one things wrong but it is not the problem. Don’t take your 18 wheeler there.

I was looking for a diesel mechanic to install a lift pump on my truck. I'd seen a few YouTube videos and it didn't seem like a hard job, they did it in less than 2 hours, but it was a bit messy with the fuel that spills so I went looking. I called MPower and they priced me $1,000 for an AirDog lift pump that sells all over the web for $650. Now I don't mind a guy making a little profit but that's ridiculous. He said he doesn't buy from the web, siting warranty issues, yada yada yada... I call b******** AirDog is the manufacturer, their warranty is solid and the fact that the AirDog install was the only thing I wanted and as I just mentioned, has a fantastic warranty, kinda makes his warranty point nil. Then he quoted me 8 hours labor for a 2-hour job. I referenced the Mitchell Time and Labor Guide, he said they used it. Once again, I call b******** I used to have my own shop and I quoted my labor using the Mitchell T & L Guide and they don't give you any fluff time, just straight execution time (as if you actually need to know what you're doing). Its very purpose is to protect the customer from being overcharged by someone who will just charge you whatever the hell they want (like these guys). But this is way beyond fluff, this job is all external, all accessible. You screw the fitting into the pump, mount the pump to the frame using a very easy install kit, route and hook up 3 fuel lines, interrupt the fuel filler neck for the return line, run the supplied power cable to the fuse panel in the engine compartment and that's pretty much it. So, if I see a guy on YouTube do this in under 2 hours, then I know for a fact that this guy is ripping me off. This isn't opinion, my review is supported by math and video. I don't usually pick a fight, but I am sick to death of shops that think they can charge whatever the hell they want and that you'll just lay down for it. But, if you're into sodomy, go see these guys.

Worst customer service ever first quote by owner to do motor swap $3500 / 4k bythe way is a rip off on a complete motor going in later after emails back and forth tells me he needed to speak to shop manager and comes back to tell $6500......what a joke your an 9wner and need to chexk with your shop manager that tells me you know nothing about auto repair and that leads me to beleave you hire people with minimal to no experience....you said the job was 32 hours labor.....so $6500 = over $200 an hour.......so needles to say you like to rip off people or you just have no clue to a company you are running.......peaple stay clear from this clown run away.....im sure there are plenty of scames going on here they say one price and jack 8t up later

ZERO STAR RATING! I WILL NEVER BE BACK NOR WILL I EVER REFER THIS SHOP TO ANYONE! I had been a customer of theirs for several years, I never questioned the costs just tried to fully trust them with my truck. I have had my entire 6.0 engine redone by them and continued to has issues, one week after they touched it there was leaks, took it back always would just throw parts at it and always give me different excuses and kept blaming it on "part failure." They are pathological liars and are extremely shady. They don't stand behind their work and could care less if you get stranded on the side of the road. Please save yourself the $$$$$ and the head ache and do not take your rucks or RV's to this DUMP!
