“I recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Not only is T-Mobile's service plan superior, but it also costs significantly less. However, the process of transferring my number from AT&T was quite challenging and frustrating. Thankfully, James at T-Mobile was there to help me through it.
James was incredibly patient and dedicated, working with me for over an hour to ensure everything was done correctly. Despite the numerous obstacles AT&T threw our way, James never once made me feel like I was taking up too much time. Even as it went past closing time, he remained calm, focused, and never rushed the process.
His professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service were evident throughout our interaction. Thanks to James, I was able to walk out with my current number and a fantastic new service plan. This was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Kudos to James and T-Mobile for going above and beyond!”

“A Target that has the exact same set up as the ones I go to in my area. Ease of finding things was well...easy. Same ole long lines though on weekends. Ended up picking up random items on a Saturday. A gift card, AA batteries, and hummus. Busy plaza parking and also got cornered by carolers most likely asking for money.”
“Harrison was probably the most helpful person there is- I'm overseas and my phone wasn't working so my dad went to the Verizon store, Facetimed me since calls weren't working either, and Harrison spent almost an hour and a half trying all different solutions to try and fix it. He even called tech support and spoke with them acting as a go-between since I couldn't place calls. So shout out to Harrison (and my dad I guess?) for dealing with a bunch of different people to try and help me out!”

“We came in to transfer a line and Eli was the Gentleman who helped us. He had far exceeded our expectations. Not only did he get us transfered he also helped us with my daughters phone whose battery was constantly dying. Told me what to do and how to do it while he was helping with the transfer. He had me call while he was doing the transfer and then walked me through the claim over the phone. He was a great help. Thank you so much Eli for everything.
