“I recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Not only is T-Mobile's service plan superior, but it also costs significantly less. However, the process of transferring my number from AT&T was quite challenging and frustrating. Thankfully, James at T-Mobile was there to help me through it.
James was incredibly patient and dedicated, working with me for over an hour to ensure everything was done correctly. Despite the numerous obstacles AT&T threw our way, James never once made me feel like I was taking up too much time. Even as it went past closing time, he remained calm, focused, and never rushed the process.

“We have been with Cox for over 40+ but had to cancel wifi and phone service due a move. They couldn’t access our account over the phone without the passcode to cancel. We had to bring our equipment into a physical store with our ID to cancel.
The Santee location is in a plaza with plenty of parking. The store itself is spacious and bright. When you walk in, you’re greeted and to sign in on the tablet. We were number 2 on the list.
Everything was fast. A receipt was printed to show proof of equipment return.”
“Harrison was probably the most helpful person there is- I'm overseas and my phone wasn't working so my dad went to the Verizon store, Facetimed me since calls weren't working either, and Harrison spent almost an hour and a half trying all different solutions to try and fix it. He even called tech support and spoke with them acting as a go-between since I couldn't place calls. So shout out to Harrison (and my dad I guess?) for dealing with a bunch of different people to try and help me out!”
