Came in for a oil change washer fluid wasn't filled. The tech didn't tell me anything about my check engine light. Won't be going there again

I have been sitting here trying to think of something to say. I don't have one thing to say, there are many things my visit was so special! Junior treated me and my truck with a professional attitude and very considerate! I sat there and watched a handful of people go in and out the front door. They all had good things to say about Junior! I am now a regular! Thank you Junior!

Got an oil change they asked if we wanted them to do a full inspection my husband said yes. The report came back staying the coils need to be replaced. We just had the coils fixed not to long ago. Then today the next day our car is having the same problem with the coils. You were the last one to touch it and now our car is not working. Horrible service!!!!!!! Don't bring your car here they will mess it up to try to get more money!!!

I brought my car in for an ac repair on Thursday. It hadnt worked in a while. Junior and the guys got my ac running better than it’s ever has and back home by friday! 10/10 will be coming back for all my repairs

Unfortunately this is the last time I will be coming here. The staff is always friendly but this is the third time in a row I specifically ask for my tires to be rotated and they don’t. I’ve had to come back and ask for them to be rotated which is very inconvenient when it was already in the shop. I’ve been coming here for awhile but this will be my last.

Junior was great, polite, and professional while explaining what needed to be done on my car. He provided me with reasonable pricing on the oil change and brakes. I really liked Family Auto Service and highly recommend it to anyone. They are so helpful and so respectful. They take very good care of me at this location. I do not like the location in the La Mesa area. They did not take good care of me and are not respectful. 100% five stars for the location in Santee!!

I called several days ahead for an 8:00 on Thursday AM and even tookthe vehicle in Wed. Nite so they could get started early. The reservation was make with Ian and the garage in Santee didn't know about it. One thing led to another including having to install new rotors on a 70K brake job and the early appointment finished the brake job on my Ford Edge at 2:00. Somuch for getting the car early. I can't check it but it appears the work is satiafactory. Percy was courteous and helpful trying to get the car done as soon as he could.

Manager thinks that your oil life indicator only comes on after you drive and get the lifetime below 100%. I don't think he actually thinks this, but he sure did use it as an excuse to not solve a problem that his employee caused. What a tool.

The manager was very nice, but their prices are way too high. They charge more than the dealership. I got an oil change, spark plugs replaced, one belt replaced and two filters replaced. I was charged almost $500 in labor fees. I will not be going back. $190 an hour is outrageous!!!! It must be Bidennonmics!!!!
