Monique was rude, she pushed me to inject more units than I wanted, after being treated with her I returned with another person, we used Dysport for my treatment since I specified that Botox does not work for me, after I left the spa did not have follow-up de rigueur after two weeks, I had to call them to let them know that one eyebrow remained raised and the other remained drooping (like a comedy movie) the answer was: We can't before Christmas, we will be closed ? After telling them what they are the days that I had available to receive the treatment, they told me that they do not have Dysport and that they can only treat me with Botox and Monique is the only one available. Oh! I only received a thank you, since I referred 8 new clients to them?

Therapist was 10 minutes late, made up 7 minutes at the end. Massage was good. Didn't like being lectured about my varicose veins. Overall okay.

Unfortunately the staff here did not make me aware of company policy when transferring points over. I called at the end of May to transfer a point to my mother and mother in law. I decided to hold off and when I called back in June they stated I could not transfer to two different people in one month. Very upsetting I was not made aware when I initially called. I could have made a transfer in May and then June. Now I will have to wait a whole other month and be charged in order to make the transfer. Did not appreciate that the staff did not attempt to even help resolve the issue.

So I booked an appointment this morning at around 10:50 for an appointment at 12:45. I can't even talked to the staff and they told me they would let me know when Yvette would be ready and I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and went to ask how much longer it might be and no one knew. Eventually they said "Oh sorry we don't know it looks like you booked online and it was last minute (2 hours prior) so do you want to come in tomorrow instead." It was just trying to add a $15 ad-on to my account for next time but that I wouldn't be seen today. So I just wasted 30 minutes of my day and its the first time in over 2 years that I've coming to just sit with no one sitting with no one acknowledging me. Not a good experience. But they make sure they get your money right away.

I have been a happy customer here for many years. My experiences with the therapists have always been professional, given with care. The front desk is consistently kind and courteous. The facility itself is always clean and neat.

After closing the location on Navajo Rd they have to book customer on this location, so I booked my last session. The therapist so they called her name is Suzan she didn't know what she was doing. I asked for warm bed and I didn't get. I suppose to get lavender aromatherapy with my package and I didn't get that too. The massage it self was trouble she didn't ask me about the pressure I want or anything. it felt like someone just putting oil and rubbing it on my back. it was a very bad experience with inexperienced lady my recommendation is to close this location too if you don't have good staff. If there is a 0 for review I will do. It is a wast of money and time.

Do not go!!!! such a rip off! This location is constantly a disappointment. I can't remember the last time my husband or I had a decent massage here. In addition... I scheduled a massage for my husband and I at the same time and they called that day to tell me one of the therapist called out. No problem, can I schedule a facial at the same time. sure. we had to hire a sitter and it was a date night for us so it was supposed to be special. We sign in and wait. My husband goes back while I wait. I check 15 minutes after said appointment and they tell me this therapist called out.... how long was I going to sit there before they told me? Then today I purchased products. I got home and realized they were way overpriced (over $200 for 2 products). I called to ask if it was possible to return products I literally bought two hours prior. They said I could have store credit. I asked if they could make an exception. They said they were happy to read me the policy and would not make an exception. I have so many credits here due to covid and I so desperately want to cancel. This location is a constant frustration! looks like I will be driving else where to use up my credits and then canceling!

To a great employee Nicole!! Called this morning for some detailed information. Thought it was going to be a big hassel. I was completely wrong. Nicole, took over and navigated this quickly, efficently, kindly and with out any reservation. She knew the business and how to get what I needed very quickly. Follow through with what she said, and sent me info via email. (Follow through is very difficult to get these days.) Thank you Nicole.
