Horrible experience 2 days ago the owner / landlord Mr Hernandez was test driving an RV with a customer. His customer backed into my brand new vehicle and is refusing to pay for anything refusing to give me any insurance information because I'm sure he has no insurance and no coverage. By far the worst customer service I've ever seen in a business. I will be reporting them to the BBB and making tons of reports on this

I have been with storage facility for over eight years. It’s under a new manger same owners . Very clean easy access going in and going out.I understand that they are busy and if they don’t answer their phone. They will call you back, so just be patient rent is reasonable it’s not outrageous like some places are.I would highly recommend Magnolia Storage

I have been a tenant here for 15 years. When management changed I was concerned. Usually with management change there is an underlying agenda. My suspicions where right on. I went to my unit on a Monday morning, pulled up to the code entry machine, and my gate code did not work. After several attempts no access. It was time for the business to be open so I was confused and frustrated. So I honked a couple time so management would hear but nothing. So I called the office and left a message about whats going on? Well the manager called me back and said we changed the gate code,and that they didnt have to inform tenants about the change, which mad me mad. The manager was very snotty not accommodating. She said she didnt appreciate me honking out front. And I used an expletive in my frustration about wasting my time. She had made a big deal about me using an expletive and used it as an excuse to throw me out after 15 years. But I know because I was paying a lower rate rent because I had been there so long that they were using it as an excuse. Poor business practice.

Terrible business. No one is present or answers the phone. This place is bad. I called 3 times to explain I had a moving truck that needed access to my unit. They totally blew me off. Bad business.

. The manager was very rude and inconsiderate when I rode my bike onto the property I was told I could not. . Nor could I walk in the gate I explained I do not have a car I was told I'd be evicted. When I asked for a bill to pay my unit I was. I was told I didn't need a bill because I couldn't. pay anyways I didn't have any money

I am disappointed by this storage yard and the worker/ manager George. It smells badly like animal feces when standing by the gate. 2 there was cigretts all thrown in the street by the gate. I left 2 messages in regards 2 rates and availability and not one call back. He treats the storage facilty like he owns it and it is a fret house to hang out with friends. Honestly they need someone else in there.... I gave it 2 stars and that was being nice!

I’m assuming they must not need anymore business cause I just want to know how much it is for their smallest unit with taxes and hidden fees. But hopefully they’ll get back to me eventually.
