Placed an order online but when I called to find out Service Center hours, I got the worst automated system. No matter which department I tried to connect to no one answered the phone. Trying to save time and gas here!

This place sucks! No one that works in the shoe section so I have to make a long line at cash register to find out if they have my size. All so they can say they don’t have it
