Called lowes to try to get help. Very unhelpful. I wouldn't buy appliances here. I'm still waiting to actually get helped.

Sales team is super helpful and is the best part of Lowe's with appliances but delivery team is awful I think they are contractors make sure that if they can't install them don't take the delivery otherwise they won't come back to install the appliances if you don't call within 30 days they also didn't install the handles of my refrigerator because supposedly they didn't know what side was supposed to be to be installed this installers are trying to avoid doing any extra work they can make sure you are there and they install everything they are supposed to install

Bad buy. Spend like $7k last year with them and now my Maytag washer litterally gone out after 14 months. Came to the store and ask them for help but no one can do anything about it. Spent $70 last night for a texhnican to fix but he saying I need to buy a new one bc it cost the same price. Call Lowe s customer care. Didnt do anything either. I am sure this doesnt happen to me only. Now I know why they re getting 2 star. Never buy anything from this store again.

Richard is the absolute most patient and helpful person ever. I came in to shop and if it weren't for him, I would've purchased the wrong items. Richard is super knowledgeable and really spent time to make my project work. He kind of rescued me. All around great experience here at Lowe's, but Richard deserves five gold stars! Unbeatable customer service!

Be cautious when buying appliances here. Warranties are not always honored. It's very inconvenient to purchase a washing machine then it breaks and they don't help you out. You would think the size of the business would make their warranties legit.

We bought a new KitchenAid Stove in Sept 2023 & because it wasn't installed correctly. Santee Lowes sent out their local installers Alex & Martin. They were top notch & instantly knew that whoever originally delivered stove did not correctly connect the hose to gas line & that's why it was leaking gas. We're so grateful that the store assistant Mgr.David sent out Alex & Martin because they instantly installed a new hose correctly We've bought 3 new appliances from the Santee Lowes & have been very happy with them.

I placed an online order Thursday morning at the Lowe's in Santee. Paid $35.00 for same day delivery. It's now Saturday evening and no delivery. Their excuse was that they hire independent drivers for delivery and most of the drivers do not have a vehicle large enough to accommodate 8 ft. long wood, and until a driver shows up with with a van or truck, my order cannot be delivered. Is it just me being too critical or is this the worst excuse ever? Will never shop at Lowe's again. They should change their name to LOWEST for their absolute pathetic customer service. A one star rating is even too high for this dump of a business.

If I could select zero stars they would get it. I purchased a $3500 entry door one year ago. The glass in the door was not what I had selected. I waited 6 months on the door to arrive then it was not correct. I have been in contact with Lowe's about this since March of this year,patiently waiting. My last contact with them was 2 weeks ago on the phone. The sales associates told me the manager was working on it and would get back to me. That is the last I have heard. I called their corporate headquarters and told them my story. They said they would send a message to the store to reach out to me. We will see. I am not hopeful that anything will happen. Can you imagine a simple problem for this billion dollar company cannot be resolved quickly? Even if they have to eat the cost to fix this problem, they are the ones that caused it. I would never recommend making any big purchases there with service like this. If you need paint or hardware supplies that is about all they are good for. No thanks

This was my first visit to this Lowes ... and only because the Santee location was the only one in the San Diego area that had 15# bags of bone meal. I ordered online for in-store pickup, which I usually do. I arrived at the store to find an unstaffed Pickup desk with instructions to use a kiosk to check-in. First, the scanner on the kiosk was malfunctioning and couldn't read my confirmation. So, I had to key in order details. Then I had to wait for over 5 minutes for an associate to help me. When she did arrive, she had me verbally provide her with the same order information rather than look at the monitor above the kiosk that was displaying it! Overall, service was poor, and the pickup experience one of the worst ever for a big box store.

I've never set foot in the store, this review is for their horrible delivery service. I bought a water heater on 8/28/23 and after the order was placed it said it would be delivered on 8/30/23 by 8:00PM. The morning of 8/29/23 I get a text from Lowe's saying I was the next stop. I was on the other side of town but I wasn't too worried because I had given instructions to leave it in front of the garage door and no time during the ordering process did it say someone had to be home. I got there as quick as I could expecting to see the water heater but it wasn't there. I checked the order status online and it said "return complete, you can expect a refund in 7-10 business days". I called the store and it just rang and rang forever. I hung up and tried again and it still just rang and rang for about 20 minutes with no one ever answering. Moral of the story? Stick with Home Depot. Update 9/1/23: They had the nerve to charge me the delivery fee even though they didn't deliver anything. I filed a PayPal claim. we'll see what happens.

We purchased an expensive Whirlpool refrigerator at Lowe's Santee along with an expensive 5 year extended warranty. Now 16 months later we are unable to get Lowe's to make timely repairs despite waiting nearly 3 weeks and loosing hundreds of dollars worth of food and medicines. And get this- to make matters worse Whirlpool won't honor their original 2 year compressor warranty because we purchased and first tried using our Lowes extended warranty. Lowes warranty says nothing about cancelling manufacturers warranty and Whirpool warranty says nothing about voiding their warranty if an extended coverage is purchased from seller. After calling Lowes warranty they sent out Antech Appliance which took nearly a week. Antech, now 10 days later, says Lowe's delayed giving their repair approval. Lowes, now 10 days later, says Antech delayed submitting for approval and only submitted a request a day ago (after coming out 10 days ago!) and we will need to just wait another 8-10 days for any repairs. So it looks like nobody - Lowes, Antech or Whirlpool - is honoring anything to do with trying to make timely repair despite double warranty coverages. unfortunately there is no time limit stated in the Lowes Extended Warranty so I guess if it gets repaired in he next 5 years they will have lived up to their promised warranty. Maybe "Extended Warranty" really refers to the length of time it will take to repair an appliance and not just the number of years that they promise to warranty repairs.

Very disappointed. We went to the store and the item we purchased was not in stock l, even though the website says there are 6. They tried to send us home KNOWINGLY with a smaller size rug. And when I asked why they were trying to give us a rug that is smaller and half the price of the one I paid for, they said they looked and the one we bought wasn't there. But they never even said anything. They were going to send us home with a rug that was half the cost of the one we paid for. We drove 30 minutes to this location because your website said there were 4 in stock. Very disappointed and will definitely be thinking twice before purchasing anything online from Lowe's again. Especially if it's a "pick up in store " item. The staff at the store even said that picking up items in store is unreliable because the "in stock" ticker is never right. After all the hassle I asked if lowes could cover the cost and ship us the rug we had already paid for, and they said they could not. Not great customer service lowes. Terrible.

Went in to purchase 2 appliances and they said they can deliver yesterday which never happened. We were receiving emails all week long saying they would deliver, then a cancellation email, then a delivery email, then a cancellation , then a delivery date for next month . This morning Saturday we get a call that the delivery guy is there!? Wtf We don't live there. It's our rental that our daughter was moving into. I will never, ever use my money to buy something from Lowe's ever again. You have lost my business and I work in the construction/ remodel industry. I will also let my friends, associates, all of the home owners and anyone else I come into contact with know about this. No communication, horrible customer service and lied to from Lowe's associates time and time again. Goodbye
