“In March 2020, we were looking for a licensed General Contractor to renovate a house and a separate apartment. We were exhausted after interviewing four prospective contractors. At that time, a friend recommended Blue Line Builders. How fortuitous that was for us! We called Blue Line Builders and the owner, Dale, came out the next day. We immediately liked him. He was down to earth, and his years of experience were evident. He listened to exactly what we wanted, took notes and put together a very detailed plan. He took the time to go through each line with us so that we completely understood it. Although he had a team of workers and a manager for the jobs, he was always available by phone and met with us regularly for progress checks. During the course of the work, we requested some additional work which had not been included in the original contract. This was no problem and those items were added and completed exactly as we had requested. We did not encounter the problems that you normally do with contractors. Dale is a good communicator. He is honest, down to earth and does what he says he is going to do. We highly recommend Blue Line Builders and would definitely hire him again.”

“Really a great spot. I always advocate for local suppliers who serve professionals over big box stores. The guys at Express pipe were a perfect example of why.I walked in with my kitchen sink drain assembly in hand, clearly as a DIY homeowner and got some of the best service I've ever received. I wish I had gotten names of the people who helped me, but one guy who seemed to be some sort of manager and the man working the register (Rick?) were extremely helpful, nice, and informative... even to a small time fixer-upper owner like me. They walked me through my options, gave me the easy and cheap way and the right way to resolve my issue. They even cut some pipes down to fit in my car. Prices were totally reasonable and the product you get is exponentially better than what you get at the big stores.Some stores that generally serve professionals can be a little intimidating for homeowners; but, they're almost always worth the effort to seek out. That's doubly true of a place like this that went out of their way to help a novice without a lot of experience and who also offer quality products.Better yet...completely reworked the faucet and drain under my kitchen sink, a job I was dreading, in just a couple of hours with their help and products.”
