I called them three different times in a 10-day period about servicing my motor home. Spoke to a real person twice and left one voicemail. Each time I was assured of a call back. I received none.

Js has great service and friendly staff. Pricing is fair and they always get my rig in right away as opposed to other service companies that have two month long backups. They work very well with insurance companies to expedite claims. Highly recommend

These guys are the best! Brian and Jason took really good care of us and showed us newbies the ropes of how to use our (new to us) Thor 2015 Motorhome. If you are looking to buy (or rent) an RV, we highly recommend that you make this your 1st, and only, stop. They helped us with financing and a great bumper to bumper warranty! Also, they have great relationships with other RV type businesses that will take good care of you as well!

They were very nice to me & my family. Had a place inside for our little one to sit in a/ c & watch t.v while we waited to get our rig worked on. The technicians did a great job as well on the work they performed.

BUYER BEWARE....THEY REGISTERED RV IN WRONG STATE, DID NOT FIX PROMISED ITEMS THAT WERE BROKEN...FIND A DIFFERENT DEALER....I was coming in from Phoenix and he told me the RV was in perfect working order and no issues...several broken items that they did fix with the tech driving out but he did not mention he had 2 weeks after the purchase before I was driving out to CA to pick it up to fix all the broken items and did not repair them as promised so he had to send the tech to repair it in Phoenix or an RV shop in AZ would have charged way more to fix the promised items....but once they found out the retractable screen on the top bed above the drivers seat in a C-Class was $850.00 to replace they refused to fix it after saying all items were in perfect working order. And now I have to register the vehicle in AZ and pay additional registration fees on top of the original fees for CA.....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.....THEY WILL SCAM YOU OR NOT KEEP THEIR WORD ON FIXING ALL THE ITEMS... and can not even register in proper state when they had all drivers license information....NOT A DEALER I WOULD CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH

Everyone from Js is so helpful and reliable, but Jason (and Blake) went above and beyond! They are truly genuine people. We purchased our 5th wheel from them, are selling our class C with them, and may possibly purchase a class B with them. Can't say enough about their service AND sales!

J and his team help me out twice with problems that I did not understand on my permanently installed RV. Their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Their technician is top notch. J gets personally involved to make sure that the client is taken care of. For me the responsiveness and making sure the problem is solved with my top priority. His team came through.

J is very personally involved with all of his customers and I appreciate that. I am a new RV owner and made some big mistakes. He got someone out to help me and fix my RV fast and help me learn about more about the vehicle so that I could properly maintain it. Last time the technician came out for a mistake that was mine, Jay came and helped and was thoroughly involved doing everything he could to make that problem go away.
