The lady who answered the phone lied about what services they provide and how much they can actually do for the costumer. Id recommend using turbo tax. I was there for 3 hours and still they asked to come back another day to finish .

Shirley Moore was amazing at the Santee, California branch. I would only come back if I get her again or someone equal to her. 5 stars to Shirley 4 stars for H&R block.

I had a wonderful experience with the Santee H and R Block Office and especially my tax accountant Vesna. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and I was waited on in a timely manner. Vesna did a terrific job calculating and completing my refund and I got back a great refund which I never expected. I learned a lot from her help and everything was completed quickly. Everything was explained and she answered all my questions. She was friendly and super reassuring every step of the way. I highly recommend H and R Block , especially the Santee location and Vesna.

Customer service is always great, but Ryan made sure to go above and beyond and was very patient and knowledgeable when explaining certain terminology to me.
