My husband’s family has taken their cars here for service for many years. I started to go to Horsman shortly after I met them and it’s the only place I go now! They are reliable, honest and have great customer service. I enjoy interacting with the owner every time I go in. He’s very knowledgeable about Lexus cars and provides great customer service. I highly recommend Horsman!

This place really takes care of the client! They have been working on all of our cars for several years. The service is fast and reasonably priced! I love that they keep us informed of the problem and cost! I would highly recommend Horsman for all your automotive needs!!

HORSMA is theeee most expensive shop in San Diego. The guys at the front desk have a major attitude problem as well.When customers are not looking or listening the workers at the front are laughing and joking about your concerns behind your backs.This is the place to come if you want overcharged and disrespected so help me God.Life is hard enough as it is with inflation the way it is.Greed greed greed is all Horsman Automotive is all about folks.To make matters even worse in response to this review they joyfully admit that they are the most expensive automotive repair shop in that area.This is Apathy at it's finest.In other words they just don't give a ****They daily fatten there bank accounts off nieve customers.
