The guy was very rude, he keeps the flavored vapes in the back and only takes cash for them and charges 30$ for one instead of the usual 20$ so he can pocket the extra. Will never be returning.

Horrible customer service do not go here. They do not care about customer service at all. If you have a problem with any of the products you buy from them they will NOT help you out. Disgusting people. They just want to steal money from people and sell them broken items. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

Such rude customer service. I will not be coming back here and I will not recommend anyone to come here. There are so many other places to go, choose literally anywhere else but here. It’s crazy that customers are the ones who keep a business alive, yet this place does not care about having good customer service at all.

I went in to buy some cigars as a gift for my son. The gentlemen working there wasn't to much help. I don't know anything about cigars and could of used some help. You'd think they know something about what they're selling.

Great selection of cigars and lighters. I went in there to get a fancy lighter - great selection on Zippo. Kenny was very friendly and helped me pick the best one from the lock box. Highly recommending this place if you"re in the area - don't miss out!

The old man in the afternoon was the rudest man there, customer service was the worst ever! I've been there several times before and service was just ok. Definitely will not return and I highly suggest you go elsewhere! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Have made purchases here weekly for past year for my elderly mother who cannot get out due to medical issues. Today I was treated completely like crap by some middle aged guy who is a complete j**** (I have always been treated very kind by all the other employees) I only had a credit card to make purchase (no cash) and he refused the sale. (I have an out of state license) When I told him I regularly came in there and never had a problem he said "so what". He also WAS NOT wearing a mask even though they have a big sign saying customers must have them to enter. At $85 a week for a carton of cigarettes I definitely will not return and will be more than happy to tell everyone and anyone to avoid this place. I would rather not feel as a customer I am doing this business a favor by shopping there. This place deserves to be Avoided. There are many other Smoke Shops around.

This shop has super expensive goods, the service was awful. I sat in my truck for 20 mins and the store clerk came and told me I can’t park in front of his shop. The shopping center has over 25 parking spots and 4 of the spots was used up. Overall bad experience.
