I have always received the best service from this store. My needs are unique as my Grandson is in Guatemala and I know nothing about the games and supplies. But they always help me be "The Best Grandma in the World". You can't ask for more than that.

Honestly not a good game stop. They close for no reasons some days. They never stock what's new. And the customer service is a joke. Not only do they take their time opening at 11-12, but they close way too early. Making it hard for those of us that work. They have also had the same figures for half a year now. I sadly won't be coming back.

The man working at this Game Stop was extremely helpful and had all the right traits a salesperson should have. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, respectful, well said, and maintained eye contact. He sold me on the yearly pro pass and got me to buy the buy one get two free at the clearance sell. This man deserves more recognition is not so already. He said he currently runs two stores. Wish I got his name. Very pleased with this experience.
