I was in a rush to get last minute documents printed. I called the office in Santee store 2060 in advance and Edwin assured him or Paul will be available to assist me with the self print service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello from the the staff as well as walked through steps to complete the self printing. In less than 5 minutes I was done and ready to go. I appreciate the hellos and have a nice day, but also very pleased to see the store very clean, and we'll ran like an oiled machine. I too am in customer service and I was shocked to receive such excellent service over a simple print. It's very refreshing to see people with a pleasant smile at their jobs! Great job FedEx office you must be treating your team well! Please give this store and these gentleman my shoutout and words of appreciation! Thank you- I will be back!

Customer service was excellent. Danny helped me. I came in to get help with printing a welcome wedding sign. He shows me different options and sizing. Extremely helpful and I will be using them for all my wedding signage printing needs.

Dear Online Shopers Of Cellphones and Computers Please note that using FedEx with the return label provided by Samsung or Apple and like companies. You most likely be a victim of theft by a FedEx Employee probably more at this location. I have return 3 phones to Samsung in the past 12yrs. never a Package got lost until we used this location. If you are returning anything please be advice to request a weight and take pictures of the Package. Upon drop off

Your hours of operation need to be updated. A sign on the front door does nothing for those trying to utilize your location. Your phone recording still has your 9-8 and 10-6 hours, when clearly that is not the case. This is frustrating for business owners and the general community that your location services. If you're not open, fine, but update your hours.

I needed a package overnighted (expensive, but I get it). The last 3 times I have come here, the employees were very friendly, helpful, and quick. This time in particular, Heidi (trainee) went the extra mile. She was not only incredibly helpful, but I forgot an a small item. Chargeable, I get it, but she did everything in her power to help me out and get me the best value. To FedEx, you have a rockstar on board. Make sure to take care of her and she'll always be a rockstar for the FedEx team!!!

The print came out nice too bad the workers here didn't make any extra effort.. my print was suppose to ha e the middle cut out actually said it on the print .. but when I arrived the whole thing was printed .. so I asked hey can you cut this out? The guy was like it would have to be sent out for that .. I ordered this print via the web and I guess I should have called and sublet checked they would cut it out... but damn if these people are our future and just do t give a s*** we are screwed people.. I feel like good worker would have called and asked when I sent in the prints.. cause when I showed up it was the day of my event so I had to cut it out myself for this $60 poster board I just paid for.

40.00 to fax 17 pages- this place charges insane prices. Think twice before using them. For 40.00 I could've purchased a fax machine itself. They did not disclose the price upfront.

Aside from being clean and in a pretty accessible location, it's your pretty standard fedex, in regards to capabilities. But this one has Jay. Jay is the man. He is on it, helpful and worth the drive just to work with him. He is extremely accommodating and makes sure you are taken care of. In so many places like fed ex and ups, you get the employee who hates doing anything other than scanning a package. Jay takes no hesitation to explain processes or the printers in my case. He made sure my projects came out right and I was happy with what I was paying for. If I ever need specific help with something or an explication, I will drive to this location.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Driver was rude and left the note at the bottom of the stairs didn't-even walk up or knock. Store representatives were very unhelpful and disrespectful. If I could I would give this location negative stars, very unprofessional.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ... an employee told me that he was gonna stop talking to me because if he didnt i was in for a rude awakening... WTF definitely not ever using this location or fedex ever.

First of all, I may be a sensitive person but I felt offended and disrespected during my visit today. The guy up front, with glasses, said he would be with me in a moment but I just needed to print something so he gave me a card and said send it to that email. Anyway he seemed blunt and mono toned. Not very friendly. I go to the printer and I'm waiting and waiting to get a confirmation email. He blames it on my cell service and so I tell him I have full service. He basically walks away with a tone and says something else about going outside to get service. He tells me he won't print out my paper for me because it's only ONE PAGE. That's gotta be the easiest job ever. All the other FedEx offices do that for me... and they're also very nice. Here he was NOT nice and they didn't even say thank you or goodbye when I left. I don't know why the reviews are high. I'd recommend going to another location if you want a nicer experience. I just left feeling angry and sad... that's not a way to treat your customers.
