My daughter has special needs, and Dr Craig needed no education on her condition or the recommended guidelines. The lab staff is also great working with little ones. “I had to change health insurance because I was laid off my job, which is how I ended up going to this medical office. Not going to lie, I was really apprehensive about going here, because I read up on so many reviews about San Ysidro Health and a couple of their locations. To be completely honest, I think I lucked out and ended up with a wonderful Doctor and had a pleasant experience with her, and the rest of the staff here.The reason I went in for an appointment was to establish care with a new PCP bc my former one did accept the new insurance I was on. The nurse who took me into the room, assessed me and took my vital was so kind and thorough. Dr. Jacqueline Guerra was so nice, so kind, extremely thorough, was open to any questions, and most importantly, listened and took note of everything I had concerns about. She sent me get lab work done, after my appointment and I’m now awaiting for our follow-up appointment this week. So far, my experience has been a great one and can’t wait to continue working with Dr. Guerra.”
