“I having been visiting this location for more than a year now. The location during my visits is always clean in the morning time, there are two employees the same two guys almost every day including Sunday and Saturday morning visits that are just the nicest guys to have around. My new favorite thing is the Coffee and current free Muffin with rewards purchase, the Blueberry Muffin whoever makes them is on point. Since I dont drink coffee the git chocolate qualifies as well and I love a large hit chocolate on a cold morning. Keep up the good work everyone.”

“Had to get 3 new lines and phones for my pool&spa business. Mark helped me not only get those 3 new lines and phones but gave me discounts on the phones and accessories! Not only that, Mark had great communication skills and excellent customer service.I’ve been with cricket for over 6 years and this company never fails to disappoint. Although I use to go to the Lakeside location, their customer service isn’t the best but they get the job done. Highly recommend switching to Cricket and visiting the Santee location for your cellular needs!”

“I recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Not only is T-Mobile's service plan superior, but it also costs significantly less. However, the process of transferring my number from AT&T was quite challenging and frustrating. Thankfully, James at T-Mobile was there to help me through it.
James was incredibly patient and dedicated, working with me for over an hour to ensure everything was done correctly. Despite the numerous obstacles AT&T threw our way, James never once made me feel like I was taking up too much time. Even as it went past closing time, he remained calm, focused, and never rushed the process.
His professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service were evident throughout our interaction. Thanks to James, I was able to walk out with my current number and a fantastic new service plan. This was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Kudos to James and T-Mobile for going above and beyond!”

“Being named one of the cleanest 7-11's in San Diego County, this location also hosts some of the friendliest and helpful workers as well! You can pick up your favorite lottery tickets, taste some fresh made gourmet cookies, load your Cash App, and buy U.S. Stamps all in one trip. This 711 always carries the newest snacks and has the yummiest Slurpee flavors too. I've experienced some of the best customer service of my life here. I loved it so much would you believe I got hired here, too? I now join the 711 ranks full time five days a week at this location. Come see us!”

“This is a great place at night there's music playing and the cashier's super friendly and very helpful a real stand-up guy and they're open for the better part of 24 hours unlike surrounding 7-Elevens which clothes and like midnight for 3 hours of cleaning you know they don't do 3 hours of cleaning you know anyways I highly recommend this place it's super festive very good”
“Harrison was probably the most helpful person there is- I'm overseas and my phone wasn't working so my dad went to the Verizon store, Facetimed me since calls weren't working either, and Harrison spent almost an hour and a half trying all different solutions to try and fix it. He even called tech support and spoke with them acting as a go-between since I couldn't place calls. So shout out to Harrison (and my dad I guess?) for dealing with a bunch of different people to try and help me out!”
