Omg!! What is going on at this location. Extremely unorganized and very unprofessional.
first of all poor girl at reg #4 I believe her name is NEVAAH.
She was all left alone at the register with over 10+ of us customers trying to check out . In the mean time lady on register #3 just casually left and said “well I’m going on my lunch now” instead of staying and helping out ringing up customers.
And some of us purchased balloons and it took 3 people to change the tank since they were playing around with each other taking their sweet time . One of them goes to register #3 making us think that we would be checking out but nooooo the employee with the pink hair just pops open a can of soda and goes back talking to the other employees that are “trying” to change the tank.
Not one of those employees hopped on a register to relive the bottle neck.
And come to know everyone went to the back because the PIZZA arrived.. leaving the poor girl on register #4 all alone. Before I left I counted 14 customers in line .
That is ridiculous!!!! the DM needs to make drastic changes at this location .

Guys be careful. The manager who was at the cash counter at this store tried to steal me in a tricky way pretending she’s checking a bill and it was fake when I asked her to give it back to me she refused until I argued and stood my ground. I’m reporting her to the corporation and be very careful with your money. She’s a thief. Probably doing this to many other customers.

The girl with the high bun on the top of her head was completely rude, I opened the door for her & she didn't even say thank you. Also, she checked me out at the cash register, she didn't even offer me a bag like she did everyone else. So when I asked told her I needed a bag after she gave me the total, she just threw it at me and didn't even bag my things. Then continued to take the next person behind me as I was bagging my things my self.

It was great. Ample parking for easy access. Clean, well stocked & the staff is wonderful.They have all your Fall decorations and Halloween items as well.

Store was nice and clean and my cashier was very friendly the carts don't go outside but I had some heavy bags and he gave me a cart w/out the big pole that I could take outside and I brought it right back he didn't have to offer it but he did and I appreciated it so much

3.5, Store was clean. It could just be my timing, but everytime I go there there are the stocking boxes out. Staff is very friendly. This store does not have as much variety as the one on Mast & Magnolia. Everything is $1.25 now, no longer $1.

3.5, Store was clean. It could just be my timing, but everytime I go there there are the stocking boxes out. Staff is very friendly. This store does not have as much variety as the one on Mast & Magnolia. Everything is $1.25 now, no longer $1.

They “never have helium”. I go on different occasions for simple balloons.. and they always say they are out of helium.. I’m starting to think they just don’t feel like blowing up balloons. Because how you never have it each mont for nearly 4 months straight. The store is well stocked I give them that..
