Couldn’t get air in one of my tires took it here they confirmed nothing was wrong and Adan checked all four tires to make sure everything was in top shape. Filled them up and sent us on our way. Very grateful

Needed to get 4 new tires for my Alfa Romeo, ASAP. Discount Tire had my “rare” tire, I came in as a walk-in, my car was done in 1.5 hrs.
The service was amazing, compared to Pepboys. Thanks to Discount I was able to get a better tire for a cheaper price, plus tire mount.

I came in with 4 brand new out of the box alloy wheels after setting up an appointment to have them take off and reinstall my old tires on the new wheels. They mounted and balanced them, and put in new sensor bands for the TPMS. I drive out with a vibration in my seat and wheel thinking it's just the tires setting on the bead again, but the next day my vehicle is absolutely horrendously shaking. One of the band sensors came loose and was rattling around in the tire. I came in that same day, had it replaced, and that resolved that issue. Note the vehicle still shook horribly at freeway speeds. It wasn't until I got home and was airing down my tires from being overfilled by them that I noticed 3 of my brand new wheels were scratched through the clear coat to bare metal. I spoke with the manager and they said the best they can do is send me through claims and that these things just happen. As an ex tire tech, these things do not just happen. Sensors don't just fall off and wheels don't just magically get scratched. I don't know why I expected quality service, do not go here if you are installing aftermarket alloys!

Every visit with Discount Tire has been great. Whether it’s been replacing all tires or stopping in to check pressure due to my truck’s notification. The time was always relatively short and I always appreciated the friendly, yet professional demeanor. Great attitude always. Thanks Guys!

Back story I bought 2 new tires from then 2 months ago and I the market for 6 now 7 more. Now I have been here before and received amazing service so I came back. I went to this location to get a tire patched because it went flat. Now I didn't test it to find the hole or anything before hand. My apologies I don't remember the young guys name. But first thing he wants to know is how much money I plan to spend to fix the situation and I tell him I just wanted it patched it's still a new tire. He proceeded to tell me how the heat of the tire is not a good sign. Unfortunately after those 2 comments I decided I don't care what it is I won't be spending money here.
